Where is the console patch to fix game breaking bugs from IC patch?

Guild Trader - Doesn't show prices of items for sale. Bidding on Guild traders is pointless as a trade guild.
Guild Bank - Can't be accessed more than the one time. Afterwards it shows no items in the bank.
Loading screens - Some last for 1 minute plus.
Beams are all gone - Healing beams, Jesus beams, target identifying beams. This is game breaking in pvp because you can't identify your target firing a beam spell. Stealth Jesus beam.

Why wouldn't a company respond to this and outline exactly what they are doing to fix the issues? I'd prefer to rollback the IC patch and play the game I had before.

    The long load screens are keeping them from doing work, every time they want to fix something they have to wait for those extremely long load screens.

    However, these game-breaking bugs (guild bank, beams) need earlier fixing:
    - Guild traders currently are almost unusable
    - Because of the invisible beams, you cannot evade beams from beam opponents
    - Perhaps because of the invisible beams, repentance also may be buggy

    We cannot wait one month for such grave errors to be fixed.

    Those bugs are so evident, where was Quality Assurance for consoles?
    Update 6 was great. Update 7 has the power to destroy the game with such bugs.

    This is ridiculous. So by the time the bugs are fixed, which most of them should have never went live, 2 months will have passed. Why cant you just push out small hotfixes that cost you nothing and dont have to be cert tested instead of waiting and doing large patches that cost you money and have to go through Microsoft cert testing? @ZOS_GinaBruno

    Seriously. Please try to play the console version there at HQ. Access your guild bank, browse the guild traders, shot your Jesus beam. Then come back here amd honestly tell me that you and the team aren't utterly embarrassed by the product released onto console with this IC patch. You will lose customers. Period.

    Love how they released fixes for IC on the PC version the same day they release IC for consoles. Should have just waited. Isn't that what the 2 weeks later was for anyways?

    Unfortunately these issues specifically cannot be hotfixed due to the way they need to be fixed; they require code changes. Also, we are not able to avoid or rush through the certification process. We know it's frustrating, but we'll get everything straightened out as soon as we're able.

    You're completely missing the point of "First Party Certification". All of you are. The certification makes it legal to add any fix whatsoever and if they try to push some fix without certification they will only end up neck deep in legal issues that will cost them both time and money which would only serve to further prolong any progress on the game whatsoever.

    Gina is the fact that my level 46 can't open or bank Tel Var sacks being looked into on console, or is this working as intended?
    Would be nice if I could at least bank them and give them to my VR16, kinda sucks doing the quest to not be able to use the sacks.

    They best step it up, there's a fantastic console game fall line up starting in October. Shot, ZeniMax will be it's own worst enemy with Fallout 4 in November. So looking forward to that game and ESO, well it's been fun but war, war never changes.

    Interesting how you fail. Publishers, INCLUDING ZOS, were able to push hotfixes the same week of release. Actually, if I remember correctly....2 days after June 9th release they pushed a client fix for issues.

    The first major incremental patch for Xbox was on Jume 23rd....TWO weeks after release. So you tell me how these game breakers get bugs can't be patched by next Tuesday? IC released on Xbox One last Tuesday....next Tiesday is achievable for a incremental release WITH the MS certification process.
