CP affecting regeneration are confirmed to be buggy, no ETA on a fix yet and at least I don't know if that's the only issue here.Lairgren | DC Dragonknight - August Palatine

I'm not one to figure out the math, but it just may have been a rough dungeon. I have since gained quite a few CP and have been sinking them into cost reduction if I could, and I'm doing better with magicka management. It may have just been a mix of subtle changes for me plus the group I was in.
My regen is still a bit slow it seems, but I'm dealing with it.
