Fire-Eater missing in action?

Me and a friend have managed to get the rest of the dungeon done, (Sanguine's Demesne) but everytime we go back to where Fire-eater should be, (at the end of the south-east cavern) Fire-eater is never there... Has he been moved, does he only respawn every few hours or so, or have we missed something?

And nevermind... soon after posting this he appeared while I was busy Streaking around the waterfall... maybe he took offence.... Must be on a very slow timer though...

You have to kill the other champions, to force the one you want to spawn. They don't really run on a timer, which is pretty annoying. If the dungeon is full of players, then the rotations go faster and you get the luxury of just standing and waiting for the champion to spawn....otherwise you have to go and kill a couple of champions, to force it...
