You cannot control other people, you can only control your response to them.
The world and its people can not, and should not, be sanitized. You do not have the right to never be offended. People will sometimes act in ways that you find distasteful. If you are extremely uncomfortable when this happens, focus on reducing your emotional response, or remove yourself from the situation if possible.
You do have the right to live free of harassment and threats. Being harassed and threatened is not the same as being offended, and trying to paint one as the other does a serious disservice to people trying to fight legitimate bullying.
Tea bagging or other kill celebrations do not constitute harassment or threats. Receiving multiple tells from a person, or targeted tells from multiple people, is harassment. Report and ignore. Statements or actions alluding to physical harm, promoting self harm, intent to disparage ones character, personal or professional reputation, or financial security, all constitute threats. Report those immediately, and strongly. But again, tea bagging doesn't count.
Ok, I'm done. We can all return to our normal, offensive, irreverent online behavior now.

It may be virtual but when you are competing against others it becomes a sport of sorts and it is extremely poor sportsmanship to behave in this manner. Can you imagine Lebron crouching down over someone sprawled on the floor after he pwns him?

LeBron no, but others certainly. I can picture Iversen doing it and I can picture others egging him on. Actually I can picture this from more than half of the younger players, and more than a handful of the "more mature" ones.
But the example doesn't really hold water, because they are being paid for their conduct on the court. This is a freaking video game.

Okay then is it okay in a college or high school sport?
Its real.

I went to a lot of trouble to type this once, so I'm just going to leave it here:

By defending this practice so ardently, you are just showing your true colors. I am sorry if I offended you by pointing out how offensive your actions are to others.

My most offensive actions are here on these forums, I've never tea bagged in game. I'm fully indifferent to being tea bagged, or any other celebration. I do take a hard stance against those that use their offense as a tool to harass others. Puritanical ethos driven censorship should be subjected to intense scrutiny.
Additionally, I have seen planned and targeted reporting in ESO be used as it's own form of bullying and griefing. When well known players get hit with the banhammer, it's worth wondering about the legitimacy of the reports.

3. Friend teabags you because reasons. 10%
Looks real enough to me. I've seen some wonky ZOS emails before, ones that had the training cues left in them, like to the employee, it was strange. So I believe it's legit.
However, that's even more disappointing bc I wish it were fake.
It's totally obnoxious that this is their focus honestly. Teabagging? I mean really.
How about just FIX THE GAME ZENI. Don't leave nirn for 5+ months to just waste away at magicka users. Don't let crippling lag discourage thousands of people from playing this game. Be diligent about the RIGHT things. People will teabag regardless. Everyone's got their own opinions about it, but truth is, it's a part of playing a competitive MMO.
Whoever reported this person for teabagging, I think this game is more your speed: http://www.hellokittyonline.com/
