This raises questions.
Is /bucketsplash allowed on corpses or is it considered a form of torture?
At what point does camping a dead body to kill allies coming to resurrect become an offense?
Can we even kill people without getting reported? Technically they're being murdered.
Tea bagging is a mark of respect. You don't tea bag someone you are indifferent to.
Telling someone they are not worth tea bagging is more offensive.

I take it as a compliment.

I get tbagged even in trials by @Nifty2g and @Suru q.q
dono what's so offensive about it xD

It's quite similar to saying: "You are f**king noob, and I kicked the hell out of you" instead of "GG, respect".
Can you really not feel the difference?
It's not the pixellated animating that's offending but the message it sends. And that message is very real.
Exactly because it's a game, which is supposed to be fun to play, it's not fun, when your opponent mocking you if you lose. It creates a toxic atmosphere.
Some players need tbagged. It's not something you do to everyone you kill but when some NB tries to gank you out of stealth or while you're on your mount and you turn around and kick his teeth in, a good old Tbagging is pretty much required.
When a group of 4 players chase you across half of Cyrodiil and you find the right moment to turn the tables on them and kill them, a teabag adds a bit of flavor to the occasion.
Usage may vary but respect is earned not given. Teabagging shows a lack of respect from the individual, and when it is coming from a group of people it shows a measure of fear/respect/loathing.
Jeeez....
...having a massive dislike to Teabagging has nothing to do with being "soft" in most cases.
Where I come from at least I was taught to respect my opponent however easy the match was. It's IMHO civilized curtesy in any competitive action.
Celebrating and gloating over victory are two different things in my eyes. Esp in such a silly way. (An entirely different case when you are teabagging your friends, and comerades. But most of the players are not our buddies).
A person degrates himself with such a behavior, be it in a video game or real life, be it a simple chess match or winning a competition.
I am disheartened after reading the comments here.
Besides I am pretty sure the exploits and other mentioned offenses are policed whenever they are reported. Just because they are not posted on the forum, does not mean there are no warnings for those.

Some people are really sensitive nowadays....
I am one of those who is proud to get the teabag, from games i played you get teabagged when you were very good and got killed in an epic ways, it was sent as a mean of "Wow you were good, but i outskilled you, here I bend to you in sign of honor"
So yeah i'm glad when my enemy take 3sec to walk over my corpse and risk insta gank just to bend down to my body and pray for my soul to reach sovngard.
People need to slack off bad pride in video games, that is what create a toxic atmosphere.. If you get offended by crouching pixels, don't play video games.

I know right!?
But hey, it's the way of the world these days, everyone is getting offended by everything, and everyone likes to pretend that saying that something offends you somehow entitles you to be listened to.
Little do they know, they are not that important, they are just one of many people living life, pretending that somehow the world is there for them, simply because they see it through their own eyes and are trapped within the confines of their own fleshy vehicle.
