[WARNING / HELP] Gamesrocket took my money, gave me no account codes, and is unresponsive

I just wanted to make the community aware that Gamesrocket may be a scam and I strongly advise against purchasing accounts from them, despite that they show up on the list of Authorized Retailers here (ZOS, a quick web search will show many many horror stories with this company, you may want to remove them from the list):

For a bit of background, Gamesrocket recently had a 50% off sale, and, as I wanted to have a private guild bank (getting tired of having to use my entire shared bank plus the inventories of three alts to keep materials), I purchased 7 accounts from them.
I tried to purchase using their Amazon pay option, but for some reason it wouldn't process. I then opted to use direct bank wire transfer as I am uncomfortable with providing them with my photo ID which the other options require for verification.
So I wired them the money, and 4 days later, still had no contact from them. I then wrote them demonstrating I had sent them the money, and asking them to provide codes. They asked for my photo ID again, which I said was unacceptable, and they could either return my money (plus the $25 wire transfer fee), or provide me with the codes I had paid for. They then asked for my bank account details, and I provided them with the details for the account I used to wire them the funds.
Since then, despite me sending them multiple emails asking for a status update, I have received no response.
So, they have 160.65 EUR of my money, and I have nothing to show for it.

SilentRaven1972✭✭✭✭Because of your initial post, I wouldn't even check them for sales. I rarely have extra money for game stuff, so tried DL Gamer when they had a recent sale. Some of their security checks were annoying, but nothing I couldn't live with, and in reality a good thing. Got what I ordered and even ordered a second time

Thanks mate. To be fair, they ultimately resolved the issue, but they really need to work on improving their customer service and processes.
