Please look at the date of this post. It was during pts. Shield breaker did half the damage it does now, and shields (most notably healing ward) did not calculate properly with battle spirit. When this was written all shield breaker did was make a healing ward larger, and it could easily out heal the damage done.

Once again the game balance was different when this post was created (look at the date), and the set literally did half the damage it does now.

Works great if you have a designated Bow-wielding-light-attack-spamming wonder kid in the group.
Because lets face it, that's exactly how zos wants us to use it.
