Armor in IMPERIAL CITY

Cyrodiil is a pvp area with some pve side quest with the induction of imperial city and my recent tests. zos plz make it so that your armor doesn't get banged up by the mobs in imperial city even thru it has pve it still a pvp active area if pvper/pve want to survive we need that added protection armor give us!

    zos you really need to look into this it an active pvp zone i don't my armor to get broken by mobs.

    Pretty sure you are wrong.
    Damage to gear is based on XP earned or sth and not on wether you get hit or not. E. G. Running around with magic shields, range attacking or dodging will result in as much damage to gear as tanking.

    ya, pretty much outside of cyrodiil but in cyrodiil your armor take no damage imperial city is an active pvp zone so we kinda need the armor you know to defend or selfs vs other players..

    Armour still takes damage in Cyrodiil if you die to a mob rather than a player.

    Just tested that, not sure what exact number its based on but you only take dmg on your armor if you kill something. I stood and tanked a storm atro for 5min with no dmg being done to my armor but as soon as I killed it I took dmg on my gear.
