Unusual control lag/latency - camera fails to rotate, movement "sticks", etc. (NA server)

Finally, did you fix those control's lags?
Ran game as admin and relaod UI did nothing better here.
Game is unplayable actualy.

Eiagra✭✭✭✭✭For me, Avast Antivirus was the problem. I switched to Panda Antivirus, and have had no problems since.

Alexium✭✭✭I'm sorry for necroposting, but I experienced this issue too when returned to Windows 7 from 10. I fixed it by decreasing repeat rate in keyboard settings. Full rate caused this problem, but half isn't. Use 50% now. And this is strange, because Windows 10 haven't this issue.Edited by Alexium on April 22, 2016 8:02PM1 -

Eiagra✭✭✭✭✭Necroing this thread is perfectly fine, as I'm still a little wary that this hasn't been "fixed" in its entirety. As it stands, it's more a matter of figuring out what combination of things may be causing it, and what possible fixes are tried and what the results of them are.
The more information, the better.
