When i kill someone with 100, i should get 50% reduced ap.
That way people who are good, but lack time to grind get rewarded and those with tons of cp still get a lot of ap since they should be able to kill more people in general.

In that model, anyone who makes a new account ( 0 cp ) would have a silly advantage to gain Alliance War rank 10 in a silly quick timeframe.
