I keep getting denied by the agegate of this website even though I set the birthdate to 1991.

You'll need to delete the cookie it set when you entered the data you did. Note there are two possible cookies called age_gate Zenimax use:

Looking at the cookies I have right now, the ESO one expires in October!

Months? I have to input mine daily sometimes! I stay logged in so it shouldn't be a cleared cookies issue.
