Hi - I just started with ESO during the Free to Play weekend and really enjoyed it that I bought it plus the two other DLC's! I'm just a starting High-Elf Sorcerer / Aldmeri Dominion, looking forward to getting invited in your guild! (Do you accept from all Alliances?)

As I just started, hoping you can also give some beginning pointers like:
1. How can I contribute to the guild, and how I can benefit as well.
2. How do you organize with no keyboard chat in ESO (i.e. for PvE raids, or PvP, etc.), is it going to be a noisy voice chat?
3. I'm just starting with crafting, planning on taking Clothier... how exactly does a Trading Guild work?
