    It does this some times on the EU severs sometimes, it's not just NA.

    We're interested in knowing if anyone is still experiencing this issue after this morning's maintenance on the Xbox One megaservers. If you are, please let us know?

    Yes the issue is still happening as of earlier today was actually acting better for the first time since launch last night about an hour or two before the maintenance. Today the login was fast but within 30 minutes I was kicked out of the server. Logged in again same thing login was fast kicked out of server within 30 minutes. Logged in again, fast but was kicked out within 10 to 15 minutes then tried to login again but kept kicking me from queue and was taking too long so I gave up. Was between 12 and 2 pm. Xbox One NA server.

    I have no idea why, but at about 2200hrs BST the game rebooted right out, and I haven't been able to get as far as selecting my character since!
    XB1 Euro Server.

    Tried again and am now constantly getting kicked from queue with "server conection timed out please try again" message or something similar as well as longer load times overall. The 3 times I made it into the game, before I got frustrated and gave up, I was kicked out of the server within 10-15 minutes while walking around in Stonefall or whatever the first city out of the wailing prison is called. Xbox One NA server.

    I get kicked off both servers after 5 to 20 mins my internet connection is fine everything else is working it lets me log right back in with no problem but kicks me off 5 to 20 mins later shows me that damn message again

    Same here; it's still a big issue with me. I hope they are at least trying to figure it out.

    It seems like on my original character (lvl 26 Khajiit Nightblade) it's happening over and over but I switched to a new character I made a dark Dragon Knight lvl 10 and I played on him for like 4 hours straight no disconnect.

    For awhile my connection wasn't too bad and typically great (for the past week or so when I first started playing the game, up until today), but today I can't log in and stay in. Longest I've been in is for 5 minutes, out of an attempted 20+ times to connect to the game. Longest times before that were perhaps in one to two minute spurts.

    If it's not being dropped, I'm often times getting odd errors while logging in right after entering my password, or loading the game from character-select and then getting dropped, etc.

    Even though I'm connecting via WiFi (running a hardline to this part of the house would be tricky and need a lot of cabling), I've run numerous speed-tests and have solid down/up speeds, reset both my cable-modem and router, checked for any firewall discrepancies or anything else (though, nothing's changed since yesterday) great latency, can web-browse, watch videos, even play other games fine. Just can't seem to get on and stay on ESO. :neutral:

    EDIT: Whoops, just noticed this is the Xbox One Tech-Support, I'm using PC. Found this thread by means of forum-search, as I wanted to see if anybody else is having issues. So whatever's going on, it seems to be effecting PC players as well.

    Yeah it seems to be effecting everyone on every platform yet still no fix or even saying they are working on one.

    Thank you for contacting The Elder Scrolls Online Tamriel Unlimited Team. I am very sorry that you are experiencing these issues with the game.

    This issue is usually caused by the Xbox onboard cache becoming filled with information that it no longer needs. You should clear the Xbox cache files out from the system. The full instructions are located here: http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-360/settings-and-initial-setup/clear-system-cache.

    The quick instructions are as follows:

    1) Press the Guide button on your controller
    2) Go to Settings
    3) Select System Settings
    4) Select Storage or Memory
    5) Highlight the storage device and press 'Y' on the controller (you can select any storage device)
    6) Select Clear System Cache
    7) When prompted to confirm storage device maintenance, select Yes

    No i haven't been able to play a single time.

    I bought this game at launch and now nearly two weeks later i still have not been able to play at all. Through countless hours of troubleshooting and switching network settings around and even bringing my system to friends houses to test their connection, i think the cause of my issue could be that i do not have a static IP address. But i don't know for sure so i wanted to ask the forum.

    Anybody with a dynamic IP like me been able to play? Any reply would be appreciated. (Especially one from ZOS)

    I didn't know this was even an XBOX 360 game these people are geniuses if that is what they sent you. They don't even know what platform their fricking game is for.

    6. Are you able to successfully log in on a different server?

    just got home from work to play and cant login

    was playing last night

    cant play now because I keep getting this error

    just started experiencing this today, could play fine up until now

    logged onto north America server where I had to make a new character, cancelled out of that because I don't want to make a new character.
