- What platform are you on?
- What server are you logging into?
- Have you been able to play before?
- Were you able to play after seeing this error?
- Are you getting kicked from the game with this message or seeing it upon your login attempt?
- Are you able to successfully log in on a different server?
We know this is a lot of information, but we appreciate your assistance!

Haha.. Yes... My ESO play evening yesterday from my mind protocol but the server log's should be quite equal and should show all my logins yesterday.
1) Start to play...
2) Suffered after 15min related to a none shown Quest NPC.. Logoff, close the game, logon again..
3) Suffered after 5min during the try to enter a dungeon... Disconnect and "unable to connect to game server message", going back to the Xbox Menu again.. Close the game and starting it again.
4) After playing again for 20min the whole game crashes.. Great.. Console reboot and waiting...
5) Starting the game again... After 10min. suffering during enter the prophet's hide out.. Disconnect->connect again->suffer during entering the prophet's hide out again. Disconnect..
6) Now for several minutes i always got "unable to connect to the game server" again.
7) Login again an entering the prophet's hide out, playing for round about 10min again.. Suffering related to a not visible quest relevant NPC again, Nice.. Same procedure like mentioned with 2)
9) Unable to connect to server again for a few minutes, starting the game again... Finish the quest and collecting a couple of treasures just for fun for round about 20min, than i want to reconfigure my pad keys (getting Level 15 and weapon change). During the reconfiguration of the pad the game stoped working/freezed for round about 2min and the game crashed again. Nice, idle = stable game. :-)
10) Starting the game again and was able to play for 10min, than during a quest related fight the game freezed again. I was able to move around but nothing happens at all for ~4 minutes (new way of crash for me) and than i got an error that my client was sending out to much messages (WTF?!?). Yes it was a fight with a bunch of enemies (voice chat disabled), if any performed action is a message.. Yes, i got a lot to do at this moment (no chating or voice, just a lot of fighting...).
11) Connecting again... Played for a couple of time (20min or something like this) and the game disconnect's again during entering a dungeon or better the try to enter a dungeon.
12) Being pi**ed and going to bed.
I have no issues with other online games and a very fast 250mb/s connection, the Xbox is connected thru cable and a 1GB Switch. So i really don't believe that the connection issues are related to my network setup. Funny.. I always got the issues from time to time during the last days but yesterday was a pure nightmare. ~3 hours spend= 2h playing and 1h for troubleshooting, reboots and reconnects. My router do not show any issues and during the "forced" breaks other services worked fine for me.
Currently it seams to be more "Error Scrolls Online" and iam looking forward for the game session tonight...
Cheers
Michael
