help in regards to soul shriven coldharbour

I started playing the shriven coldharbour it said tò follow lyris I did but the problem is lyris is still invisible and the talk action appears but lyris isnt there and it wont let you talk to lyris I've tried logging out and back in but still doing the same please help

I can't help you myself unfortunately, but please post what platform you are using so others may be able to assist. If you are using a version that supports modding, make sure to try disabling them as well.

Hello, I am also having the same problem. I am on an xbox one. I am also at level 13 trying to do this quest if that means anything..

I restarted the game itself for a 2nd time and she appeared and I am able to continue.

I am stuck on this one. I cleared and made happy the first city, but the prophet wont appear in the second city so I can get the lady to appear so I can take the boat over to the training island. This is very frustrating. Also every kickout I return to lvl 5, even if I am lvl7. I retuen to lvl5, but I keep the gold and supplies. Where is this prophet guy??? The house it says he is at takes a lock pick to get in then they send the gaurds after you, I see lots of ppl there so I know I am in right place. Any help would be appreciated.

I am stuck on the same part where it tells me he is in a house but he never shows up no matter what I do. It be nice to have this fixed plz plz BC I love this game.

Same issue on the Xbox One... In fact, seeing this with multiple characters.

Last night we bought a BRAND new xbox one and a copy of ESOTU. It did its thing, took 3 freaking hours to download the update and game. Started playing and created my character. As soon as I started the game, character, npc, weapon and almost all sound effects DO NOT work. I can NOT hear the NPC's talk during dialogue; they don't even move their mouth. I have tried power cycling, reseting the box to factory default, rebooting, deleting game and reinstalling, making new characters, sending out customer service tickets, emailing, posting on several forums, and pretty much everything but returning the game to gamestop. I want my game to work and I want to know why I can't hear any of the dialogue or sound effects at all any point and time. What can I do besides return the game? I have tried everything and I'm feeling like this is a HUGE waste of my time and money. HELP

Same issue here, but with different characters. I haven't played much, and I work on the road a lot so I dont have time to search around for an answer or waste hours playing for nothing. Silly me, I just expect the game to be playable.

So far, I can't complete tasks such as
The Frozen Man (can't see/talk to Eiman after freeing him)
Sparking the Flame (can't see/talk to Tillrani Snow-Bourne)
