How to Redeem your PS4/XBox Transfer Code

Yea I have my 12 digit code and I am trying to redeem it via their website but I am getting "invalid code blah blah blah" so I guess I am stuck waiting to have my sleeping ps4 download it before I leave work

I just got home and saw I had an email that I received my code for the xbox one. The account page only shows a 20 digit code though? The xbox codes are 25 in length..

I also still havent received a code yet, my account page has nothing listed like in the OP pictures!!! Im freaking out becuase today is the last day to do it I think, I have support contacted every way possible but they aren't getting back to me fast enough, I know they have other issues, I jsut dont want to miss my opportunity to xfer a character over after all that time i put into it
