Today I and a couple of Guildford all had the same issue, did a main quest then could not leave the harbour age to glenumbra.just kept crashing with the check your internet fault. I then fast travelled to akir desert and worked fine.

Constant UI Error screen PS4. It says x to dismiss which does nothing. How can I play with a grey box covering a 1/4 of my screen. No way in hell am I going to reinstall with 16 GB updates. You would think after the year of a botched pc realese they would have sorted this out.

I don't know guys. I am not playing that much but when I do play it is some maintenance always. Starting to wonder it it was worth it to buy game and all the extras with esp plus.

So after a 15gb update the explorers pack is still not being recognized in game. I appreciate the work you guys are doing on fixing the game but I really wish you would prioritize the explorers pack because I can't start the game the way I wanna play until it is sorted.

Can you please fix the grouping tool? Even after the patch still not finding anyone after an hour of waiting. This is really a problem that should be fixed sooner rather then later. Especially for dungeons. It's not fun searching hours and hours on the Internet for people and same with in game randoms. Being able to find people that actually are looking to do the same thing as you and have the experience to know why to do would be very nice.

What about crashes on xbox one whenever some shares the internet??!!

Anytime anyone in my house uses an connected devise my game crashes. Once everything else is disconnected I'm able to play freely!!

You guys are animals, plain and simple.

And I'm still downloading that 16gig patch thanks for that aswell even though it should of been 500megs. How can such a big company be so stupid it cripples me to think the money you guys get for half assing everything.

It most certainly is not just EU server. I've been dealing with this message, getting kicked off 20+ times a day on the NA server since launch.

Stupid things that got prioritized over fixing the Explorer's Pack/Imperial Edition in the new update.



"Food items found in the world will now look and animate properly when consumed, instead of always appearing as though you're eating a turkey leg. "

"Non-combat pets will now spawn into the game standing on the ground correctly, instead of sometimes being askew."

"Fixed an issue where the video at the beginning of the game would not play smoothly."

While these are nice things to improve upon they should not have took priority over the product you sold to people.

Can anyone explain to me how it takes 24+ hours to download a 15gb patch.
Some information: I have Fibre 200mbit. Running speed tests everything works fine.
But downloading from this slow bethesda server is just not acceptable.
Does anyone know if I can change some settings to increase the speed?
Already tried to change the DNS on the playstation but this does not help.

i have the same problem, its ridiculous. once jumped to semi-normal Speed (30 mins left), them back to 46 hrs with 100 mbps DL

I have the same problem.
I am in the UK with no problems according to my ISP and all download speeds are normal!
Please explain after 15 hours, yup 15 hours I am 5 gig down with another reported 72 hours to go. I am an ISO or what ever you call it, if this situation is not sorted by morning you can stick the ISO where the sun does not shine!

this may be the missing NPC bug. Most of the time you can quit the game (not just log off, completely stop running the game on your console) and it will come back when you boot up next time. @BloodAngel22

Same problem here on Xbox ONE (big connection issue); played 4hour with 20+ kick and disconnection. Sometimes unable to use "A" button for several minutes, when disconnected the games could not retreive news and give server connection error on login (EU) but if i switch to US server i can read news. all connection test work fine (i have FTH 50/50) and other games work so and so (some live connection issue at now). Mobs stay locked For 2/3 minutes than all start in one Second and...repair armor. Please fix like first point, at this time game is unaccettable

Seriously though, this is a thinly veiled attempt to show a skewed sense of progress. "Look at all the stuff we fixed!" And meanwhile, the crippling quest/gameplay UI bugs, are getting responses like....

This is an unfair assessment. I am obviously more than a little frustrated, mostly by the lack of information and response... In this vacuum of information and communication, I assume that nothing is being done to fix the issues that I really care about and the devs are wasting time "Fixing the video at the beginning of the game so it plays smoothly."

I will forgive the fact that the video doesn't run smoothly, I will not forgive the fact that the Prisoner of Jathsogur quest is completely crippled causing me to stop AD questline progression, NPCs are randomly disappearing causing me to completely quit the game, and that when I quit the game it takes forever to get back into the server. But most of all what I will not forgive is that you aren't giving us an ETA or communicating what you're doing to fix these issues.

This inspires the belief that you don't know what the problem is, how you are going to fix it, or worse that you don't really care whether it gets fixed. It gives credence to the users claiming you released a buggy half baked game and you really only care about profits from the crown store. Whether it is true or not.

I like to think I'm reasonable... but I'm financially and emotionally invested enough in this experience that when I can't play the quest I'm trying to play for an entire week...with no ETA of a fix, no response from support, and NO ACKNOLEDGEMENT OF A PROBLEM... I become a little frustrated. So please....

3 weeks... nearly 3 weeks now since I paid 80 euro for the imperial edition of this game and all I've gotten was two emails telling me what u should have gotten and and survey asking how good your customer support was, I've been patient and I've emailed you showing digital receipts that I actually own it and nothing no reply just automated cap. .. I want my money back absolute waste.

Issues since I got it. Keeps booting me every 30-45 minutes. Sometimes it's 5 minutes. still love it though.

Any idea when there might be a resolution to not receiving the explorers pre-order pack from the digital game? something like giving me the same value in crowns?
