Once she clicks X it takes her right back into the game, often with very long load times. She's with 'Rogers' and she has 100 Mbps download speed, and 10 Mbps upload speed. All her other games have no problems. It's only ESO that is doing this and it has been doing it since it was installed.

Lots of other players on your forums are reporting the exact same problem. Please could you let me know if you are aware of this problem and if you are addressing it, and if you require any additional information.

Do you have port forwarding and port triggers on your routers currently for ESO, or anything for that matter I guess?

Fix the Invisble NPCs and Baddies. Very frustrating to make it half way thru a quest chain and then not being able to turn it in and also getting killed by invisible enemies.

According to ZOS there will be a patch this week on the Invisible NPC's. See forum thread below:

I still can't play my game cant link my account it says login failed i tryied everything on this forum, i contacted customer service they dont answer, i even called waited over an hour on hold they never answered. Its a shame that i bought pc version may last year and preordered the console version and still havent being able to play on my xbox one. Worst is that customer service dont answer phones or email.

I've noticed that blur hasn't been working for me. I don't know if its just the animation or the actual ability not actually working.

They shouldn't. The training is for the character, not for the account.

Xbox One Aldmeri Dominion still is unable to complete, "The prison of jathsogur" causing players the inability to progress throughout the Dominion main quest line. This is a game breaking bug and needs to be addressed immediately.
Thanks, for whatever patience that still holds within me (which after 14 hours of trying to complete that quest isn't very much)

FIX invisible NPS's PLEASE!! This problem seems to be getting worse everyday. I currently have about 10-15 open quests that i cannot complete due to INVISIBLE NPC's. I have also encountered invisible enemies to a lesser extent. Also have Invisible NPC in Fungal Grotto. Sometimes cant see goblins sometime cant see boss. This needs to be fixed every other quest it seems is glitched. I will get 3/4 through a huge Quest and encounter this extremly frustrating problem. It seems to be getting worse in the last few days

Okay,

I attempt to do go talk to someone about a quest/mission and they are invisible on my screen, it says to press A to talk (I'm on Xbox one) but their body isn't there just that message. I hope this will get sorted in the next patch.

One of the missions in the beginning of the game is glitches so I cannot complete the mission it's spearhead or sumtin

Has anyone on the ESO team acknowledged the voice chat bug on Xbox One? The game gets locked into attempting and failing to join a channel every five seconds, so we get a 'DING' sound every five seconds--it's extremely annoying and has caused multiple friends of mine to not play in days. In addition to being annoying it also has the added effect of preventing affected players from using the voice chat feature. Logging off doesn't fix it and restarting your system doesn't fix it. There have been multiple posts regarding this on the Xbox forum section for the past two weeks and not acknowledgement from the team that this is a known bug.

At least patch and option to turn off voice chat until this bug is resolved, if nothing else adding this to the known bugs list would be nice.

I am haVing issues with invisible NPCS as well. Only a couple of enemies, but the big issue is the NPCS I need to talk to to complete a quest. They are invisibless on all quests I try to complete.

As I stated in a previous post, I do not think it has anything to do with name spaces, as I can send mail to people with spaces in their Xbox Gamertags, and in some instances cannot send mail to people WITHOUT spaces in their Gamertags. Conversely, people cannot mail me and I have spaces in my Gamertag.

Please give us an update on this one so we can properly recruit for guilds, etc.

xbox one , been stuck on a load screen for three days now. amulet is spinning and every once and a while it says "This may be an unusually long wait time" ha no kiddin' I have tried restarting my xbox. left it off over night. even did the erase data thing i was told to do when the npc's wouldn't show up. nada can't get off this load screen. heeeeelllllp

Zenimax said the invisible NPC issue will be solved in the next patch which is supposed to arrive this week.

I've had invisible NPC's since launch. I see red on compass for enemies but no actual enemy. And I also can not see quest givers, though I can see "press A to talk." But the action fails. I've done all trouble shooting listed but with zero success.

I wish I could get a refund for this wonderful $80 game...

Invisible NPC's are killing me all key characters for quests are invisible and relogging and or restarting ps4 has no effect

Seconding this. I've tried emailing people with no spaces in their Gamertag and those with spaces and get the same error message. The only person I've successfully been able to email is my husband, who does have a space in his GT, but only after we created a guild. Also, note that I also have a space in my GT, and while he could not email me, he could invite me to join the guild. I can only email him if I select his name from the guild screen. Also, my friends list is completely blank, as is my husband's.

I was trying to be helpful to new players during the first week and offered to mail some rare mats to them. But, I cannot, since I get the error message that the player is not found/doesn't exist.

I don't know if it's just me or everyone but my game is nearly unplayable because of the NPC invisibility. I've never seen an invisible enemy but literally every NPC needed for a quest is invisible for me. I can't play because there's nothing for me to do. Please fix this because I didn't want to spend $60 (XB1) for nothing.

One thing I have noticed is the NPC for the undaunted to buy a drink for in evermore is not there, only the Orc laying on the table. I will talk to the Orc and it will show another NPC there but they will leave as soon as I close the dialogue. Any fix for this I have closed the application several times and still no fix? I am on PS4 Ebonheart pact VR13

I have a bug where 4 of my actions on my action bar will not work even though my magicka and stamina are all the way up, and I am getting some error I cannot read all the way.... im on ps4, and its says targets are out of range when they clearly aren't... anyone please help me!!!
