    I' ve had no real issues, invisible npc's return if i leave the place then return but the other day i was doing a quest and fell under the map, while i watched my friend from below take on the boss herself, it was mildly amusing and i managed to travel to her but after she finished being in combat... i have a video and screen shot if it helps (well not at this moment due to being at work lol) awesome game nonetheless keep it up

    Cannot play pvp anymore. I was able to play flawlessly a few days ago but now my game crashes within 5 minutes of joining every single time

    okay ive been to this spot several times and 90%of the time it kicks me back to the load screen.right when you jump to talk 2 morvani in the proving trust quest.its right in the middle of a lavaflow the only way there is to jump the lava

    Known Issues I've Come across on Xbox One, few with work arounds:
    • Invisible NPC's
    I've noticed this happens quite a bit when I'm blowing through quests quickly. Also seen when not using appropriate routes to enter cities, buildings, exiting buildings, and so on. Other players showing up as black silhouettes is a pre-cursor to upcoming invisible NPC's in most cases.

    The quick fix for me on this is taking the quests slower and using appropriate routes like doors. Reduces the frequency of the issue. When problem arises I dashboard the game and quit completely out, this resolves issue for me. Logging your character out and turning your xbox off will not do it as the game needs to be fully quit out. This isn't tied to any specific NPC it seems, as it has been both friendly and non friendly that go invisible. Could be quest related, but who seriously notices the NPC's that have no quest purpose but are just for show.
    • Unable to connect to internet/server
    I personally do not have this issue anymore. This issue was a huge problem for me when I had the suggested ports ESO gives forwarded and triggered on my router. As soon as I removed these I was able to play longer then 5-10 minutes and not have to worry about every load screen booting me. Literally trapped me in a building for a half hour until I removed these.
    • Game Lag
    Not as much of a problem anymore now that i'm higher level. The game lags due to area population in most maps. This was at it's worst day 1 when everyone was in the first city. My suggestion leave the area and do some side quests and come back to the city/area when population decreases.
    • Guild Bank Stacking
    This has obviously been an issue for awhile seeing as PC users have been dealing with this for roughly a year. I get that people use the games mechanics to their benefit, in this case duplicating items, but there obviously has to be a better patch to this then having people deal with items not stacking in guild banks. I spend roughly an hour each day pulling all this inventory out, putting into my personal bank, and then re-adding to the guild bank. Yes this does stack the items, but this shouldn't have to be the "fix" for it.
    • Bounty Reset
    Bounty raises every couple of hours when no illegal activities are being done and no guards interacted with. According to a thread on here, this is due to leveling your character prior to paying off the bounty. Kind of frustrating when you have a bounty say around 130,000 like me.
    • Broken Animations
    With any game, some animations do end up broken. Some minor, some major, best we can do is report it to support and hope for the best. I've only had minor ones so far, below are my clips of said animations that i've seen broke thus far.

    The one that I didn't capture was a broken animation with my weapons. Instead of killing people with my dual swords, it was me beating them to death with a mug. Granted it was amusing to play around with, but still a bug in the game. Happened while i was using a consumable drink and got interrupted by a skeever attacking me. Appropriate response was cutting the consumable action short and trying to kill it. Death by mug
    • Unable to Send Mail To Specific Users
    Since release there are two friends of mine I have been unable to send mail to. These players show up in my guild, friends list, etc but can't receive any mail. Both these users don't have spaces in their name, so the spaces isn't the root cause to the issue. Everytime it says the player does not exist but obviously they do since their on the guild and friends list.


    This is all I can come up with at this time for known issues. Hopefully this helps players with some of the issues and also the support team.

    Having logged a ticket with the Zenimax online team with regard to not receiving the imperial edition and crowns that I purchased over a week ago they have added the crowns that I purchased plus extra crowns to upgrade to the imperial edition via the in game store. Many thanks to Matthew from the Zenimax team who was the main point of contact for this ticket. Took a few days but at least it got sorted.

    Any chance smaller servers are coming ? I have 150mb broadband but still get some serious issues with lag in some of the more crowded areas.

    You know about the issue of being kicked from the server every 30 minutes or less since launch yet still won't acknowledge it as a known issue or tell us if y'all are even working on it. Nice customer support.

    Even though the Zenimax people arent replying anymore and most likely wont see this, im still wondering about the prisoner if jathsogur game halting bug? Like hundreds of people are blocked off from completing it and its literally impossible to continue. Its been a week already. Id take a fix for this over the entire patch.

    First of all, sorry for my bad english, i will try to make me more understandable possible.

    Is it normal that my guildmates with no Guild bank withdrawal privileges, cant even see what's in the guild bank?
    Who don't have withdrawal privileges only see the you cant withdraw text instead of items in guild bank.

    If i remember correct, in PC version, the whole thing was different: if you can't withdraw, you can anyway see what's in the guild bank, only in red.
    Is this a bug or i'm doing something wrong?

    Please, please, please can you fix the issues with the explorers pack? I can't begin the game until I can make a Dark Elf in the Aldmeri Dominion alliance. All I wanna do is have some fun with my friends. I know that the servers issues and NPC issues are important but I think not being able to begin the game is a pretty big problem as well. I was raging out due the uselessness of the customer service emails and the 1 hour and 10 minutes on hold phone call, but at least I finally got to talk to a nice man who added me into the forums and answered some of my questions. It is really frustrating to have to wait blindly for a fix, so can an admin please post an update about how long it will take to fix the explorers pack or at the very least what progress has been made. A little communication goes a long way.

    Ive been experiencing problems with the game crashing every ten minutes since launch. Every ten minutes exactly. It always crashes at 09 minutes past the hour, 19 minutes past the hour, 29 minutes past the hour, 39 minutes past he hour, 49 minutes past the hour and 59 minutes past the hour. Without fail. I've seen multiple posts identifying this issue, both in this thread and in others but Zenimax is yet to respond or even acknowledge it. I've put in a ticket and currently getting very slow service, with no progress as of yet. I've reset the console numerous times and only have one account.

    Plus the invisible NPC issue.

    Two weeks on and the game crashing and people being kicked every 5 mins has still not been acknowledged. I see a lot of people complaining about not getting crowns etc but honestly at least you can actually play the game. I am sick of not being able to even play this game at all from being kicked constantly and all I get is a generic reply from support telling me to look at this forum and low and behold loads of people having the same issue and zenimax not even acknowledging it. So sick of it

    Hopefully the patch has been submitted. Before ZOS went on radio silence they said that the patch would be sent to MS/Sony for certification early last week. But since then, they have not said anything about the patch, so we are completely blind to what it going on right now. Hopefully the patch was sent and we will it see it sometime this week, it really needs to happen as many of us are having a lot of issues.

    My fear is and also being a PC gamer of this game since it launched on PC that a lot of bugs/issues will not be fixed and there will be some on going issues. I don't expect everything to be fixed, but things that are causing poor experience such as the NPC issues, Crashing, Booting and the immense LAG is crippling the game. For the lag, I think the "Go away from popular cities" is not the answer. They need to figure out how to improve the hitching since it really makes a poor experience when playing the game.

    I just wish was more transparent and spoke to the fan base and let them know what is going on, but even last year when us PC players were try our hardest to communicate, we would seldom get a response. I do have to say that ZOS is a little better since console version has launched, so I do have to give them some credit.

    CE-34878-0 Blue screen of death on ps4 - It appears to be voice chat related.

    I'll crash to a blue screen randomly while playing. I've notice voice chat is buggy, especially on the weekend, with group chat being down, area chat going "ding changed voice channel" over and over.

    It made me wonder if voice chat is bugging out maybe that's causing BSoD errors so I unjoined all channels. Now I can play for hours without crashing at all (but with no way to communicate other then quick text).

    Voice chat server may be lagging out and causing the game to crash or it may be a PSN issue. All I know is the game works fine w/o voice chat and crashes when it's on.

    submitted report on PS4 tech support forums but *shrug* get nothing but crickets back.

    The servers and all the little issues have been getting increasingly better since the launch of the console versions. The only error I encounter now is the Non Rendering kind (the Invisible NPCs, inability to see yourself open doors, collect runes/plants/etc. and players that appear jet-black.)

    While these errors are annoying, logging out, quitting the game, and restarting it seems to fix the errors. I hope there's a more substantial fix in the future, however.

    Edit: I should also mention, that while plagued by the non rendering, animations cease entirely. Emotes of dancing and the like, I can hear the actions, but my character stands still. Mining ores, collecting plants, and even using weapons. All actions cease to happen.

    I'm on PS4 i was playing fine yesterday, had a crash logged back in my character is glitched strong attack is bugged going animation is x10 fast still not able to hit anything, sometimes when i teleport im stuck in place can't summon mount. Health bar magic and stamina not working.

    Are goblins supposed to be invisible? I have fought against them in three areas (lv. 11) and I keep getting attacked by invisible goblins ;-) yikes.

    I'm only less than a week into this... minor bugs here and there... until today.

    Today, I started the game and I found myself unable to do anything except look forward and access the menus...
    I could also fast travel between wayshrines...

    I couldn't move... not even able to turn my head...

    I was really low to the ground... almost got the perspective of a mud crab...

    3 hours later it fixed itself...

    is this a common bug?

    I am in the same boat I rang today and I was happy enough to finally get my invitation to the ESO Forum XD The man I was talking said I had no choice but to wait until the explorers pack is sorted and he could not tell me when that would be and how much progress the team had already made. I hope it comes soon because I really wanna get stated.

    1. Inside options menu, the Screen setting where you fit arrows to your screen does not save. I have a 55" tv and its the UI is fitted to my screen as if it were a 50" tv.

    2. Sometimes in dialogue and looting screens i will get a bright red outline around the edges of TV.

    I'm writing this on behalf of my friend. She is on PS4, and she is being disconnected from the game every 2 - 10 minutes. It's happening constantly, everyday, morning, afternoon, evening and night - evening and night being the worse. She's in EST, Toronto, Canada, using the North American servers.

    We have deleted the game and all the files, and re-installed it. The problem has not gone away or eased up. The game is unplayable for her due to the continuous disconnects. It kicks her to an in-game screen that says:

    "Unable to connect to game server. Please make sure you have a valid Internet connection."

    Once she clicks X it takes her right back into the game, often with very long load times. She's with 'Rogers' and she has 100 Mbps download speed, and 10 Mbps upload speed. All her other games have no problems. It's only ESO that is doing this and it has been doing it since it was installed.

    Lots of other players on your forums are reporting the exact same problem. Please could you let me know if you are aware of this problem and if you are addressing it, and if you require any additional information.

    I'm constantly getting disconnected on my ps4. I run Ethernet wire through my ps4 and still says I don't have a valid Internet. Why?
