Cannot play the game . What do i need to do ?
Have submitted a support ticket wand attached the file they ask for .

    I have the same problem. Did all the suggested steps and even tried reinstalling from scratch 2 times (TWO = 20h of downloading!!)
    Using the REPAIR function I get an

    "Installing error...
    ABORT: Invalid Memory Size (0)
    (..\..\..\..\shared\unzipper.c/836)"

    Then I click OK and the client crashes. If I start it again it'll begin a new download of 5.2 GB. That won't work because of the PATCHERROR_UNZIPFAIL.

    And so the loop begins again with the REPAIR error.

    Yes I've tried reinstalling the launcher, yes I've tried deleting the patch, yes I've tried interrupting at the beginning of the installation and start repair immidiately, and as I already said, yes I've tried reinstalling everything from scratch. Two times.

    No it does not help , I have contacted support and they said disable Firewall , Would be good idea if my Firewall was actually turned on .
    Second thing was to open ports , I had ports open all along .

    The internet is full of exactlly the same issue . The launcher is broken .

    I need a fix or my money back , This game is not fit for purpose , That is to be able to play .

    Had to do a reinstall due to a hard drive crash, and now gets _constant_ Error 303 - PatchError_UnzipFail - I have set it to use Windows 7 compatibility mode, to run as administrator - doesn't matter. Reboot, restart client - doesn't matter. Might as well uninstall and cancel sub, I guess.

    And as expected, the "solution" from "support" did diddly squat here too... Oh well, with today's announcement of Fallout 4 I guess it wouldn't be such a bad idea to reclaim 30 gigs of hard drive space...

    Tristan do you understand that if you, yourself, with whatever machine you have, try to install the EU version of the game, you won't succeed?
    This is a general problem, not something the relates to a few users. The client was working on my machine before I decided to do a fresh install. Same for other people. There is nothing the customer support can do on a per-user basis.

    I'm waiting for a friend to come back from vacation, I'll simply copy its already patched client to my machine. But this is general issue that was solved back in November/December 2014 and that now is presenting itself again.

    If you have any anti-virus try to disable it. I know Comodo likes to give me hell sometimes.

    Please HELP! I have tried to download the patch for 3 DAYS AND NIGHTS! I had no problem before with the game until updating the launcher. It is beyond frustrating when I stay up all night to see countdown of 99% than it crashes to a memory error!

    The repair I have done 3 TIMES , and this is what I experienced along with others like below. I am on EU server and very upset. I sent the crash report with below info. Do I have to also fill out a ticket?

    I have 32 Gig of ram, so it can't be a memory issue. I only have windows firewall on, I disabled AVG virus protection and everything on AVG is disabled until restart.

    I am a gamer, and not knowledgeable in the tech side. Do I even have a choice whether I want the update? I want to play the game I purchased. Is that asking too much from a ESO plus member?

    I have stable, fast killer wireless and always used it before playing all MMO especially ESO.
    I don't use ethernet it is too slow where I live.

    After playing various other MMO like Rift, Guildwars 2, Archage, and all very high levels, I forsook the other games for ESO because it was my favorite. If this isn't fixed I won't be able to play it. I don't want to be stopped at launcher forced to update the game. Is there a way I can bypass the forced upon me update?

    The repair loop is a nightmare, I have lost sleep over this for 2 days nearly 3 days now. Everything is updated like my Nvidia Graphic card. I am copying below another who also has identical problem, except I did not and will not reinstall the game. Data for Internet slows down for me after a very large data file is downloaded. PLEASE fix this, enough is enough of not having a good time!

    Do you mean by this that you're connected to your ISP via a wireless connection, like LTE, and not over DSL or (TV) cable?

    If it's only your PC that's connected over WiFi, is it possible or viable for you to connect it to the router via network cable during the time of the download? If so, please try this. Remember to disable the WiFi connection for the time being.

    Updated on tuesday afer patch, no bugs with launcher.
    Maybe the problem is in your available disk space? Game requires 80+Gb disk space to install\patch.

    Hello,

    I've been getting the UnzipFail error as well, and seem to have found the cause.
    When the launcher download the files for US it downloads 4 files: vo_en_-1to91.z01, z02, z03, z04 and .zip.
    For the EU launcher it download the following files: vo_en_-1to61.z01, z02, z03 and.zip
    The problem here is that for the EU version, vo_en_-1to61.zip is 0 bytes, it contains NO data and is corrupt.
    So all of us seems to have been downloading a 0 byte file that the launcher is trying to extract resulting in the above mentionted error.
    The only way to solve this error is when they decide to update/replace the files for the EU launcher to the valid/correct ones.

    There was no problems updating on tuesday after EU patch. Maybe now they broke something.
    Oh, well, try to launch Launcher As Administrator.
    RMB Launch as administrator.

    Had the game working, uninstalled it on yesterday to clean my drive, and I'm getting the same problem with the zip file.

    "vo_en_-1to61.zip" is the ploblem

    Yeah it's definately some problem on their side, I keep getting the same error code and I have done EVERYTHING humanly possible to make it work. I've been searching for a solution for 3 hours. And I got the game installed succesfully when i tried NA megaserver, no problems at all. Just please fix the laucher quickly, I'm falling behind from my friends :(

    Have already been running as administrator, it does not make any difference, as already mentioned, neither does compatibility mode. Was told by customer support to uninstall and reinstall Adobe Flash Player(!) but that's not even possible in Windows 8 (integrated into the OS, apparently...)

    I use Killer Wireless N 102 network card because it came with my laptop. I can't download with ethernet wired connection because I tried that and I was getting no higher than 100 kb and as low as 64 which is ridiculous while trying to update and repair in launcher. I already disabled everything in AVG plus firewall, only windows firewall is used.

    Since I have no problem with logging in game by eso.exe and only problem seems to be no audio, can't the sound files be downloaded alone?

    I just want to update Without having to go through the repair nightmare of stuck in a loop, and game trying to install itself again. I received the memory error as others have. I have 32 Gig of memory so that is not a problem.

    I have updated guildwars 2 and Rift with no problem with their launcher today. Please fix EU launcher

    I am connected to Internet by DSL but using killer wireless N 102 card.
    I have been playing Guidwars 2 today after update in launcher with no problems.
    ESO was my favorite before this last update
