Unable to use elderscrollsonline.com website due to terrible redirects

This has to be the most annoying website I still visit in 2015.
I am located in Germany. Yet, I read reddit and other source that may link to content on elderscrollsonline.com.

However, every link I click is basically useless, because I get redirected to a German version. It's not the same content in my local language. In many, many cases the redirect target is a far more general page that does not contain the desired information at all.
Don't do this! If you have to, redirect if there is a 1:1 corresponding site in that language. Personally, I'd prefer not to be redirected at all, but I can understand that tehre are also users who will be very happy if they can avoid looking through stuff in a foreing language.

I.e. if I click on a FAQ link concerning the console transfer and you redirect me to the German FAQ main-/entry-page that doesn't even mention the console transfer, I am seriously annoyed.

Why don't you just change the order of preferred languages in your web browser? Just put [en] and [en-us] at the top, and you should see the anglosaxon version every time.

This is likely tracked by a cookie, so make sure you got them enabled.
