Welcome back question

I was really happy to see the Welcome Back invitation in my email. Thank you. :smile: Thought I'd post this in case other recipients have the same questions.

I finished all the downloads and updates. Went to test my login -- expecting to get an error about the account not being active, but otherwise good to go for tomorrow -- and instead was told my login information was incorrect. I reset my password and still got the same thing. I'm guessing that it's because the account isn't really activated until tomorrow.

While I was searching for that information, though, I came across this thread: "My account turned into trial account" Is this the type of account activation that the invited Beta Testers will have for the weekend?

    Hey @Silverdrake - have you tried to log into your account page on the website? If you can get in there, you should be fine for tomorrow.

    Wasn't impressed at all with the beta but thought I'd give it another chance...

    The "Welcome Back" email says jack about how to download the f'n game...

    It just links to a "blog post" which says jack about how to download the f'n game...

    Which then links to this forum which says jack about how to download the f'n game.

    Meh... I'll just consider the game still crap and save myself a few hours.

    I am having issues as well....downloads went fine and have been able to log in to bother the account site and the forums site and have even reset passwords....

    But nothing works to login to the game....Every possible pw I enter comes back as incorrect....even clicked the link in the game launcher to "reset my PW" and the PW i just reset to will not work either.....

    So far, not too impressive.....

    I am having the same issue.... took me 2 Days to download the client on my Mexican 3 MBS speed.... and im greeted with this....

    Hi, did download, but all that happens is a black screen and then a shut down, whit message that the game good not communicate anymore with windows???

    Please help, beta did not impress me did never had the change to go out off the prison, so please help and maybe i reconsider

    Could be a gfx card drive issue

    Umm i don't have any issue with the client (just the login) i was just giving Dennis some links so he can try and fix his issue :P

    Download Client: Check

    Login name and password up to date: Check

    Access Code request upon Login: Check

    Enter Code Access on log in: Confused Tried entering the one in email that first told me account was reactivated for Welcome Back Weekend, did not work. I do not know what email/code it is looking for since I only received the one email/code.

    Obviously any assistance would be appreciated.


    UPDATE: Nevermind, another email with a code showed up few minutes after posting this.
