Invisible to others IE 'account not found'/Grouping tool does not see me

Hello there,
Could you help me out please, I have been having a problem since launch where some people can not whisper to me or find me, now though since I have come back, no one is able to whisper to me and the group finder does not see me, I am invisible to the system some how, in the party tab I am set to online but still no luck, my guild mates say that when they try to send me a whisper they get a reply of 'Account not found' I would really like this to be sorted as it makes it very hard to get a group going either with guild mates, or random people as they can not reply back.
I have submitted a ticket but have had no reply just yet.

azoriangaming✭✭✭✭I had a guild mate who had this issue he was able to be invited to groups or be able to be whisper in the end he had to contact customer support and they informed him that he had a bug and had to change the name of his character or his account so he could be found again hope this helps.Edited by azoriangaming on March 25, 2015 10:02PM1 -

✭✭✭✭✭I have seen this a few times, any time I heard about it, it was because there is a special character in your account name. ✭Does your character have that apostrophe in its name? Then that's your problem. Open a support ticket and ask for a name change. The programmers who made the game forgot to agree on a character encoding, so names with some "special" characters in them will mess up the system.Edited by stefan.gustavsonb16_ESO on March 25, 2015 5:34PM1

My first character I made has no apostrophe in it except for a special letter ó in it, it also could be my account name as it has a special character in it. Tis odd that they allow you to use these even though the system can not recognise some of them. I submitted a ticket a week ago and have not had a reply yet, hopefully a ZOS person will see this.
