Enlightenment working for ANYONE?

This lack of communication on the developers side is really disturbing. "we´re actively investigating the issue" is nothing you can post and then ignore the topic for the next 12 hours straight.
This bug is gamebreaking for the players affected - especially combined with the mini rollbacks happening.

The rollbacks aren't that small, people are losing whole champion points due to it. I relog every time I get enlightenment because I know that when it runs out i'll lose all of my progression including any champion points I have achieved whether they are spent or not.

I got Enlightenment today after a 20 hours offline. I didn't even gain a single CP(Vet 14 toon) over an hour and a half game time with a little grind to bring up the numbers at the end of the session. To me that sort of play vs reward from a leveling standpoint is flat out ridiculous. Grinding is by and far the fastest way to level and if one wants to stay at the "level" for pvp or endgame forget it. This Champion Point system, Enlightened or not, is a farce.

Was doing normal Arena yesterday. In fourth or fifth stage all my group suddenly gained enlightenment. I earned a CP after completion, but it didnt appear in the C-menu...So i relogged and found my CP status rolled back by around 200k....

Apart from that the duration and durance of enlightenment seemed to be totally random among my guildmates/friends.Even if they logged off the same amount of time like others. Some only had it for a few seconds, some for 2-3 hours. This already created a 5-8 points gap between players...

Quite horribad so far.

Only two hours left and i was still NOT able to use up my yesterdays "E" Buff. Can i get a *** credit for it, so that i dont get left behind from 95% of the players FFS?!

I wouldn't say 95% of players as I think a great deal will move on. The CPs as they are currently implemented, I fee,l will kill this game.

Quick question, my DK is VR7 and enlightened, will being enlightened make him level up faster aswell or is it just championpointbased?

It's only for CP gain.

Yesterday i received the enlightenment only for 200 000 exp(this amount was needed for the next CP) and after this it's rolled out.A few hours later i got another enlightenment pool but it's was working only on 1 mob.Today still didn't received any bonus, but my guildmate already got enlightenment and after earning 3 CP he still have bonus exp.(he and i loged out in the same time yesterday).I want to receive my enlightenment pool for 2 days.

~50h later after the first log in and two periods of 12h+ being logged out, I still haven't received any Enlightenment. I have logged in to all characters, have spent all 70CP on all characters more than 24h ago, have only gained XP with one character level 48/49 the last two days, except for a short test an hour ago with my VR12 main, but still nothing.

You are badly bugged people, its a shame.
I got my 4cp worth of enlightement 24h after first logging in 1.6, spent them all, and got my new enlightment 24 hours later as it is supposed to work.
I feel for you.
ps: I have only 1VR char. Maybe ...

Just to add my observation to the pool:

Logged on last night: enlightened. Played about an hour (Caldwell's Gold, been saving it for 1.6). Earned about 20% of one CP, was still "enlightened". Logged on this morning with a couple of non-vet alts then my main to pick hireling deliveries. When I get back to my main, poof enlightenment all gone. The level of bugs in core functionality following patches is so discouraging.

I hope we get an update and hot fix today. For those of you wanting compensation for your not getting enlightenment, I wish you the best but I am not hopeful.

This is priceless. ZOS changes their entire game to be based on the Champion System and it is bugged with numerous issues that have been reported since 1.6 went live Tuesday in these forums and I am sure like myself, many players have submitted bug reports. On this entire thread, I have only seen one comment from the Delves from ZOS. That comment stated players had to wait 24 hours game time to get enlightened. Well ZOS that has not happened for me and many others. I was hesitant about getting 1.6 since ZOS has a track record of their updates causing problems. Well this update the Champion System mess is a major one and it's game breaking. I for one would like to know what is being done about it.

Last night about 44 hours after the first veteran log in, I finally got enlightenment and it stayed! I have no idea why. I never got a response to either support ticket. Maybe I was reset. Maybe something I did on one of my characters during the first day caused my timer to reset. I wish i knew so I could tell you. But I don't.

What I do know is its wrong that we were left to figure out this important part of the games new flagship system on our own. I was working on my fourth E CP point by the time I had to leave and I still have no idea if any of it will be there when I return. I expect better from a game that I have to pay a monthly fee to play, even if this is the last month I have to pay.

It seems to last for about 3 champion points and then has some kind of cooldown. When you are "Englightened" there will be a pop-up as you log onto a character. Furthermore, if you hover over the champion bar, it will have text telling you whether you are Enlightened or not.

When you are enlightened, all xp that goes to the champion points is multiplied by 4, effectively reducing the time needed to earn a point by 400%. I had it yesterday and after 2 hours had earned 3 champion points and then it popped up with a message saying "You are no longer Enlightened".

It seemed wonky yesterday (i would get the enlightement popup, then suddenly not be enlightened, etc.)
Today it seems to have sorted itself out. I am enlightened, and logging through different alts always gives me the enlighteded popup right after login.

That's funny, I logged in for my first time, had to redo all my skills and attributes, put my Champion points where I wanted them, then as i was starting to run out to hunt I got the message saying that you are no longer enlightened. Does this mean it's time based and I wasted that time setting up my character? I thought I read people here saying it was CP based, or did I misunderstand?

Yes, that is how it is supposed to work. And I am glad it is working for you. But for a lot of us in this thread, we get the "Enlightened" popup on the screen, it lasts for 2 minutes, and then poof it is gone. Nothing on the screen that says, "You are no longer Enlightened." It is just disappears. Not getting XP at accelerated rate, no special message displayed when you hover over CP bar. Just gone without a trace and no idea why it went away, why it won't come back, etc.

I got the buff yesterday and worked up about 3 CP pretty quickly. But the UI isn't very clear (to me) when it's activated and when you run out for the day.

I cant believe the game is based on this system now, and not only is it bugged, but ZoS made no effort to ENLIGHTEN its player base with the details of the system, or any kind of UI that actually tells you what is going on. So if a player has a 400k Enlighten pool, how many CP should he earn before it goes away? What is the correct answer? For some people it seems to be 8 or 9, for others its 4, for others it is 3...for some including myself it is 0 because it disappears.

ZoS' communication on this system is *** poor imo.

In addition, all these bugs were pointed out before 1.6 went live, and it still went live with all the bugs.

The sheer amount of points you need to max out those kills is absolutely ridiculous, and will CRIPPLE the end game. I realize they want to keep people grinding for years go come, but grinding the same thing for years is a little ridiculous.

Yesterday the enlightment worked pretty fine for me. I were able do get 4 cp, nice day

But today i got the enlightment 3 time already, but lost it as fast as it came to me -.-
I used following command, to check the enlightment pool: /script d(GetEnlightenedPool())
1. 400.000
2. 500.000
3. time around 600.000

I lost the buff after killing 1 trash mob group and other time when logging out.

Pool size 0.
