It was instant cast on PTS and a whole bunch of DKs started whining about it and it got nerfed. That is where the outrage is. If you want to sit there and cast and unsummon a very high magicka costing skill with a 1.3 second cast time, be my guest, but there is really no point and the skill is now useless.

GDB 1.3 cast time+petrify 1.2 cast time+Refleting scale :while reflect holds:dk's regen go to 0Sure they made clannfear heal you, but adding a whopping 1.3 cast time basicly makes it useless in pvp, anything with a cast time you can just forget about using against a capable oponenent. *sigh* the sorc nerfs are neverending, so glad im leveling another class atm.
