With that said. I am not optimistic with all the bugs still in 1.6.4
Honestly they should make everyone aware that this patch needs major live testing and to expect issues. PTS is a good first step, but live testing before a major relaunch is a smart move. ZOS should think about a pop-up MSG letting folks know that a few things on live may be broken if they push this patch out last week of FEB or first week of MAR.
