✭✭✭✭✭Shadowfen, from Tribal Shaman Costume Pack, and
You might recognize this costume from the quest to save the Argonian eggs on Shadowfen. Now it also (only?) comes with the Tribal Shaman Costume Pack.
It is paired with an appropriate Argonian mount, the Banded Guar Charger to create the "Hist Pilgrim".
This also works with a second outfit from the same pack, the Tree-Minder costume. But I think the hat is a little big (on female Argonians):
Or maybe the hat only looks big in the UI screen view when you look at inventory and skill points and such. When I switched to a normal 3rd person active play view the hat looked fine:
And because I've already shown two of three costumes from the same pack, here is the third, Valenwood Spinner, in case your wood elf wants to look like the warriors in the ESO trailer. Or if your Argonian wants to look really creepy.
