Boobs are fine, leaving them uncovered in a game where the armor "looks" as if it is protective is breaking the realism of the world they have designed, that has nothing to do with real world realism.

I completely agree realism should not be looked at in terms of real life. We're playing a game where a bare chested nord can take multiple strikes from a blade. Your specific aversion is simply inconsistent, and your "smut" comments are far more telling with your real concern of *clutches pearls* cleavage .

Incredibly ironic, no?

Not at all, you are locked on thinking I am doing this "for the children" because I think the game shouldnt show boobs when in all ways I am fine with boobs. I just think if nerds want to see boobs they should google them and not ruining the realism of TES armor design by demanding it be in the game.
You not knowing my intentions does not bother me, I couldnt care less. So once again refer to my sig, continue thinking I am just wanting the game to be kid friendly when really my intentions are to keep the game realistic to the theme of TES and its lore.

How in the world did "trolling" get so over used and away from what it really means? Trolling is to act dumb to annoy other people. It does not mean to voice a honest opinion which is different to yours...Mettaricana wrote: »i prefer the boob window but it doesn't end my life
So your side is the side that is not trolling right?Mettaricana wrote: »sure i'd love a metal bikini and it wouldn't ruin my immersion in any way
Haha so that is in no way a break from the world they created in TES? This just proves you are more motivated by your right hand and opinions then the importance of keeping the game TES.Mettaricana wrote: »there is no realism in this game you can argue how you want but its a fantasy game. magic monsters elves nothing is real here even if we're armed to the teeth its still fantasy stop bashing everyone who wants some skin for your own ego needs
I hope you are trolling (Being dumb on purpose: if you have forgotten). I say this because you dont even understand a basic game design principle that in the world you create you must also create a realism to it. Thus putting in flying cars is unrealistic (a over exaggeration) but putting in spells that make you float is (realistic to that world).
If you dont understand this simple rule then read my sig and this conversation will go no further.Mettaricana wrote: »those who want will probably get eventually so expect skimpy armors eventually will come whether its cash shop or in game naturally it will probably come here if it breaks your immersion sorry but if skin sells it'll be here majority vs minority wants in all honesty the boob window on Orc was a happy medium it was full armor with a lil eye candy not a g-string.
This explains your view so clearly. Once again your right hand is more important that keeping the game healthy in terms of immersion and realism..
I would like to think the majority are wanting the game to stay true to TES and not turn to a skimpy mess catering to those who dont know how to use google to get off... Everyone knows that the way the games going it will end up a mess like this, with a sloppy crown store but that does not mean its a good thing...

If you wanna chat realism i'd be more uptight on the mechanics of the game. like a single man in craglorn taking on a raiding party or bandits running through lava and not melting those would be bigger issues in realism than a *** or a belly showing. Sure they'll get ya killed but there is a limit to how real you can make a game before its bland and boring. that's the part i defend, the armor is least concern on my list of realism this game needs.
Honestly with daedric princes and gods running everything i wouldn't be surprised if there is some kind of daedric skin resists fatal logic curse on the world. it sure as hell wouldn't be that far out there.

Have a good day, bye. Ill reply tomorrow if work is slow again.
This "boob window" discussion really makes me wonder for what game that trailer was or from which game that picture on the top left on every site here was taken
But again, I don't care if there is a window or not, I only disapprove of changing existing and already crafted/upgraded armor looks.
