Skeleton 'pet'. Like actual maybe breton height so it could go as a necromancer minion in terms of looks. With bits and pieces of rusted armor.

Lich Polymorph - Would require a staff. because obviously the creatures animation set would look infinitely derpy with any other type of weapon in hand. Also, how many games are out there where you can play a lich? I don't know a single one. Let ESO be the first? Pretty please?

Werewolf Polymorph - Trust me a LOT of roleplayers would love you for this ZOS. Because there's no toggle for the Werewolf transformation Ultimate and people are screaming for that since beta. Animations are in game, even hides weapons, nothing speaks against putting that into the crown store. >.>

Mounts: I'm holding out for either a black dire wolf or even better... a shadow-magic dire wolf. Something along the lines of the blue wisps you made for the panther mount, but pure black instead. I'd go crazy for it. Definitely Dark Brotherhood material. Looks like I'll be getting my Doom Wolf the moment it's available! So awesome!

Costumes: In much the same way as the detailed Treasure Hunter's costume was made with care, I would love to have a sort of bard based costume! Nothing over the top visually, just some slightly fancy clothes, boots, an elaborate quill pen, a map/music/scroll case, and a visible instrument or two would be pretty great to go along with our existing emotes. It would help bring some more of the regular civilization type of costumes to your crown store, too.

Personalities: Perhaps down the road, a personality to go with a Bardic College quest line. Absolutely would need to replace a sitting emote into where the character is scribbling a music score every so often, and the walking animation with a walking-while-playing-lute (with sound.)
I'm also pretty sure a thief personality during which we take out and nibble a sweet roll is due.

Pets: A floating spellbook, (like a less active version of the ones from Sheogorath's realm) would be pretty amazing for our mage types! It could be open-faced and flip pages, float, close and remain nearer the mage's hip, occasionally glow, etc.

Misc: Other than that, I could really go for some more piercings (without the forehead piece), jewelry crafting, and tattoo options. You'd have to work out the possible desire to remove any already permanent decisions we made in character creation in order to make this viable though.

I don't know about others but I would definitely give up some crowns for some basic aesthetic changes to my character. For example, I would def pay to be able to change my characters appearance (face, body, etc.); I would also def pay to be able to change characters names, especially with the advent of name plates.

Lots of people are saying they would like to see crafting bags in the Crown Store. Nobody has said how that would work. Craft Bags are either On, or Off. How would you sell them in the Crown Store?

Vampire lord skill tree (but maybe without the transformation)
would like to see Vampire & Snow Elf Motifs.
Some daedric realms to visit.
ability to purchase rank 50 (I know lazy right? I just don't have the time to level up multiple characters )
Shadowmere mount.
Maybe the option to change your characters look (just ascetics) for a set fee (crowns obv)

The ability to buy Aetherial, Yokedan, and Ophidian motifs.
Have them be really rare drops or crown-store exclusives to balance it out so the trial runners don't get mad.
Full gold motifs or purple pages sound pretty good.

A bardic personality perhaps allowing you extra emotes to sing specific eso songs depending on your gender would be superb! I'd love to sing Red Diamond as far as I can!

Bards have always been my favourite aspect of the Elder Scrolls and a Bardic College DLC would be heavenly. Singing a battlehymn to boost the combat prowess of my party while I swing my swords would be a Skald dream!

My biggest wish: Skimpy clothing for men. We already have a pretty plain dress for women, so how about some gender equality? You let us choose every little detail about our characters during character creation, but the most we ever see are heads and tiny bits of tattoo, scars, etc. on the rest of the body. The pirate costumes are going in the right direction, but only if you like the page look - and they still have a sash or whatever that's supposed to be across the chest.
