Please fix feedback button.

In the game you can type /feedback and it will bring you to a feedback window where you get give feedback. I have only been able to get it to actually send feedback one time (I think). So when I fill it all out and then go to hit the feedback button, nothing happens. For some reason the actual submit button doesn't seem to work for me. I am using the mac version. I have tried to give lots of feedback on little things that I see while in game that might make it better. Is this a known issue? Seems like if that isn't working than there is a lot of things you are missing out on. I'm also unable to get the support buttons to work. So support is useless in game for me and I have to come to the forums. Please take a look into that. If it is submitting than maybe some "feedback" in game to let us know it was sent would be nice. Thanks.

Was just made aware that the Mac version is a known issue for this problem. We also have the facial movement problems and some other things. It would be good to have these things worked out on both platforms before going live. I hope this trend doesn't continue when the console platform hits. That seems like it would be a nightmare. Please consider making the versions uniform with changes. Thanks.

Hi @burningcrow‌ ! Thank you for letting us know! The facial animations are still being investigated and resolved, but the /feedback function should work with the latest OS update. Have you made sure your OS is fully up to date? Thanks!

Yes it is fully up to date. It's the feedback button and all the buttons on the top of the support window in game.

    OS X Yosemite
    10.10.1 (14B25)

It happens with vanilla ESO too.

Facial animations? You mean the fact that unlike every other ES game, the mouth movements have NO relation to the words spoken? This hasn't worked right .... ever on my PC. I just assumed it was beyond the capabilities of an MMO.
Tenesi Faryon of Telvanni - Dunmer Sorceress who deliberately sought sacrifice into Cold Harbor to rescue her beloved.
Hisa Ni Caemaire - Altmer Sorceress, member of the Order Draconis and Adept of the House of Dibella.
Broken Branch Toothmaul - goblin (for my goblin characters, I use either orsimer or bosmer templates) Templar, member of the Order Draconis and persistently unskilled pickpocket
Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.
    ***
Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis
