I've never recieved any loyalty vanity pets

I've been here since Beta, pre launch and never recieved any customer loyalty pets .

You have to have a game subscription to post on the forums .

Send a ticket in. They are the only ones that can get you the pets.

Hello all,

All customers who have accrued 90 or 180 days of paid time by November 7, 2014 will receive a loyalty pet. Ongoing checks will be run monthly to ensure any customer who reaches a milestone in the future receives their loyalty rewards. Please note that three or six purchased months of game time must pass before the loyalty rewards are made available. All eligible customers should receive their pets in their in-game mail by November 18, 2014.

As you said, @roechacca, if you are with us since the beta and you have played this amount of time, you should have received your loyalty pet.

If yes, we would be able to create a ticket for you to investigate any further.

Yes I've been here since beta . I received a pet monkey for being in beta but nothing else .

Want to say lol but i STILL didn't get my pet too. Truly to say i missed 1 day (no money on a card) but paid next day... so i think its because of that. By the way i'm playing from early start.

If you have not yet received your loyalty pet and you believe you are eligible to receive yours, please contact our customer support team. They'll be able to take a look at your account and determine your eligibility from your billing history. Thanks for your patience!

When are the "2nd wave" of loyalty pets going out for the dwemer pet? I was told I was not eligible for the 1st wave (even though I got the Ice Wraith on day 1), even though I have been playing since beta and day 1 of early access without a sub lapse ever.
