Crafting Skooma after the release of the Justice System

I would love to see alpins added to the game. I firstly only though about it like a alchemy potion that would give you some bonuses at the cost of malus, like more regen in magika and stamina but less max health. So skooma would actually be useful in game. But to devellop further the justice system with it would be great and could include so much.
For example, ingredient could be moonsugar, alchemy plants, and special ingredients only found by stealing.
There could be quest related to this system in the outlaw refuges.

Hi @Elloa, yeah, having writs for skooma, side quests to get into the trade, etc, would be very fun. Moonsugar and luminous russula would be good plus something rarer, maybe something stolen like you said. Or just rare and easier to steal than to buy or to harvest.

I always like to see this thread get activity to make the idea more visible for the devs. Maybe one day it will even get a /lurk.
