Or other mounts...Seems to me like this whole tree is dedicated to horses. Would be awesome.

This is a picture of the "Steed" mundus stone. Under the new Champion system one will be able to apply points (earned by "VR" levelling I think) to the "abilities" of the mundus stone one has equipped.
I will ride a bull netch into battle and it will be glorious.
What? A girl can dream...

CP are earned by ANY level character on your account that earns XP not just level 50's. CP can only be USED by level 50's on your account and yes each character can use the entire pool however they want.tinythinker wrote: »Sure, but I was referring to the "War Mount" boon in the lower part of the picture. The Championship Points are based on XP earned with any of your level 50 characters (currently VR 1-14) and while the points go into a global account that can be used on any character the point distribution and hence the boons are character specific.

But you make a good point there also. I'm sure there are some who think once you hit VR14 then you won't gain anything towards CP so it's good to point that out also.tinythinker wrote: »Yes, I forgot, they addressed that before so people wouldn't worry about using a low level alt. I was probably thinking about the fact that you still earn CP even if you are max level. Thanks for the correction.

Will class this as awesome if the Magicka section has something as redundant.
Right now seeing that tanky-build characters have a whole tree potentially dedicated to mounts; unless "War Mount" makes it so that horses can be ridden in combat, feel like this potentially speaks ill of balance in the Champion System already.
Only time will tell.
Nice links I'll check out the video since I haven't watched it yet. I will have to see for myself what they say about sub 50's "Enlightenment" because it's sounds odd that they would allow sub 50's to spend CP but not allow them to earn actual CP. Paul Sage originally said in the Quakecon video that Champion Points would be earned on a purely XP basis which would mean ALL characters would contribute to the pool, this other concept of "Enlightenment" not earning actual CP just seems out of place in that system. For clarification: CS points can only be earned by level 50 characters. Characters from Level 1-49 earn "Enlightenment2 instead, which basically reduces the time needed to earn the next CS Point, but does not count as CS point itself. However, each character, including the ones below level 50, can spend CS point, and each character can spend them in an individual way.
