Paying customers can't update/launch the game!

Maintenance for the week of March 17:
• PC/Mac: No maintenance – March 17
• Xbox: NA and EU megaservers for maintenance – March 19, 6:00AM EDT (10:00 UTC) - 9:00AM EDT (13:00 UTC)
• PlayStation®: NA and EU megaservers for maintenance – March 19, 6:00AM EDT (10:00 UTC) - 9:00AM EDT (13:00 UTC)

    Compensation of lost game time due to issues like this are dealt with on an individual basis. When contacting our Support Team with your host.developer and Game Consultant files (for those who haven't done so), feel free to mention the day you first encountered this issue so that an agent can look into providing you with compensatory game time. If you've already been in contact with an agent, you can follow up in the same ticket to discuss compensation for lost game time.

    We're in the process of verifying the fix now, but if you'd like to try again on your end, we do believe it to be fixed.

    I just performed a check, it is -still- only trying to download the latest patch, and not the client as it is supposed to.

    Yeah, current attempt at a fix didn't work folks, sorry. Gonna need to take another look.

    @ZOS_AmeliaR Thank you for actually responding to some posts!! Not a stab at any fellow ZOS employees, but it really means a lot to see feedback coming from you guys!! I also have a problem with my game starting, but I'm not that worried about it yet. I haven't tried any of the fixes sense the last patch, I really just wanted to say thanks for replying :)

    @Wolfess‌ and @wojtekelpaso‌, you're too quick. ;) Yes, the 303 Error issue is resolved, and you should be able to download without a problem. Thanks again to everyone for your patience as we worked through this, as well as the additional information you provided to help us solve it faster.
