Trion was worse, that's a fact.. But ArcheAge is also partially f2p, so in a way it's more easy to forgive that kinda stuff.
This game costs a -lot- for these things to occur..

@ZOS_AmeliaR - done. To find it faster, ticket reference code is 141112-000867
@ViciousWayz True, true. ArcheAge is pretty horrid, and so is Trion. I never said they aren't
Thanks @ZOS_AmeliaR
@ViciousWayz Ahah, nope, that would be a huge mistakeReason I was freaking out over this issue is because my guild and myself quit ArcheAge (due to the complete lack of any proper CS, among other things such as what you all mentioned) and we came here, and then I buy the game and it doesn't work. I was like "Seriously?" xD

ahhh, I see.. well, Welcome! The game usually does work, this is the first major issue like this and it only affected EU (I'm on NA). Not that it is a good thing, it's not.. however ZOS replies as seen above and will fix it so it will certainly make up for itself.
Also you'll find yourself MOSTLY free of botters/spammers which is a wonderful thing these days that I'd pay 2x the monthly fee for. LOL
Thanks, heheIt's okay, I mean, they're fixing it now ^^ What mostly annoyed me was that we just didn't get any proper "we're on it" response, y'know?
Oh, grand! I absolutely hate botters and spammers, AA was full with 'em >.<
