Vet leveling up broken
so in cyrodil i graded from veteran 9 to 10. yay , its not working.
i get the onscreen message
i spent the skillpoint i received and here the result in the character screen
the reason for me beeing naked is i have a new v10 armor set in my bag but CANT WEAR IT.
fix this asap!!!! broken game
