Guild Store missing!!!!

This morning I just went to a Banker and Bank and Guild Bank are there but the Guild Store is MISSING!!

I checked and Guild Store is enabled in each of my Guilds but is NOT AVAILABLE from the Banker.

Could you give a quick try to another banker and let us know if the issue persists? If that helps, let us know which banker wasn't working. If it doesn't, let us know and we'll be happy to dig a bit deeper!

It is the Banker Abuana in the Western Elsweyr Gate. I went to Elden Root in Grahtwood and the banker there works fine ... the Guild Stores are available there. Dunno if any other bankers are hosed but the one in Western Elsweyr is on a work slowdown. You gotta start paying them more.

@Arizona_Willie They're away from their families to support the war, it's no short wonder that they lack motivation. If you wouldn't mind, could you check one more time to see if it was a temporary lapse of interest, or if it's still an issue? If so, we'll be sure to talk to the right people about the level of service they're providing.

OK, I went to Reapers March and Coldharbor and the Bankers are fine there. All choices presented when I click on the banker.

It appears to be only Banker Abuana in the Western Elsweyr Gate that is holding out. When I click on that Banker the only choices I get are:
Bank
Guild Bank
Goodbye

There is no Guild Store but there IS with the other bankers. And there was with this one yesterday, I'm pretty sure.

I will have to double-check tonight, but I think banker Scales-like-Silver at Southern Morrowind Gate is also unwilling to display guild stores.

DC too, it's a Cyrodiil thing.

no guild store, no bank, nothing at all today
today is sunday, normally one of the big days to be in the game...
now nothing can be, because you folk at buttons are doing some extra hotfixing???

Are these issues specific to Cyrodiil? If so, please try one of the bank areas in the PvE zones to access the guild bank and store. If that doesn't help, please let us know.

Just want to confirm that as of the latest maintenance patch, 1.5.3, the missing Guild Store is still an issue with the NPC "Scales-Like-Silver" at the Southern Morrowind Gate in Cyrodiil.

I think it's clear that there are currently no guild stores at the Cyrodiil bankers. Do you have any further information on your part, i.e. can you confirm if this is intended or a bug introduced by one of the latest patches?
