FYI - Just found a Dwemer page in Stros M'kai as DC Non-VR character. Took about 10 minutes.

Scraps DO NOT drop from mobs that wont drop loot though, which is nice.

Good to know that you can get pages in non-vet zones too! A real reason to revisit the starter zone now.

Which mobs are you referring to in particular Elemancer? It's been so long since Stros M'Kai--do the constructs not drop anything in the non-vet instance?

Anything you're over leveled for that wont drop loot. Such as level 4 dwemer spiders in Stros M'Kai as a VR12.

well that's a real shame, i hope your wrong and it looks normal.
i know i loved the way the dwemer armor and weapons looked in both skyrim and morrowind.

Even Skyrims Dwemer armor suffered a little compared to Oblivion, in my opinion.
