Just experienced this bug in Cyrodiil, very annoying on top of all the
other problems.

Ugh, this bug was one of the things that drove me nuts at launch. Left and just came back two days ago and it's still here... wtf is going on?

This bug only seems to appear after using the buy multiple option from a vendor.
I have managed to avoid it completely but added the risk of developing RSI every time I restock on wall/gate repair kits in Cyrodiil.

Hello ZOS, had this problem few days .. looked a bit:

- Problem only happens after you validated your dialog, happens even if you don't touch to the spinner
- Look at how you made ZO_StackSplit and compare with ZO_BuyMultipleDialog.. dialogs SPLIT_STACK / BUY_MULTIPLE, one is buggy, the other works well.

This bug has been in the game since beta, while its not as prevalent as it was in the past it is still in the game and it does happen randomly least for me anyway

Until the last patch or maybe the one before that I never saw this, but now from time to time bringing up any dialog (character, bank, etc.) and closing it puts the mouse into 'free mode' and I have to use the keybind to go back to normal mode.

When the problem hits it will happen on every dialog opening/close and the only way to fix it is to log out and back in.

This is most likely because of outdated addons, was running with a bunch of them and i had this happen all the time, then i updated all my addons and it hasnt happened since last week or something, also a /reloadui fixes it temporary
