[BUG]: Shadow Cloak breaks on poison proc.

The title says it all. Poison Arrow from the Nightblade line is still causing stealth to be broken and I notice it was not in the list of things that were fixed even thought I've seen Zenimax posts stating that poison proc was not intended to break stealth.
