[BUG] Character Movement Using Restoration Staff

Is there a new animation when you are using the restro staff? I have the staff out moving around and my characters arms stay stationary and my legs move like leg movements between regular movement and walking in water. It is quite odd....

If I have my destruction staff out her arms move back and forth as I am walking around and her legs move normal.

@Seravi, that sounds like a bug. Any chance you could capture video of this and show us?

That´s still around? That "bug" was there the first day 1.4 hit the PTS Server.

Ugh wish I could but I don't have anything on this system. Here is a pic if this helps any. Where you see her arms is where they stay the entire time she is walking around. They do move as they should sprinting.

I am in game if a GM wants to pop in with me to see it.

Oh my! Yes it is still around. I see lots of players moving around funny with their staffs out. You also float with the staff out and your legs don't move at all. The movement is much slower with this bug if you have your staff out so you can either sprint or keep it on your back. Makes combat a bit interesting to say the least.

The bug is still here. I hope it is fixed soon. The animation is pretty darn ridiculous.

The animation is crazy but it is causing issues in combat. Most of the time the staff doesn't fire anything or you don't get the staff animation and just stand there taking a beating. I died twice this morning over this silly staff problem....ugh...

This issue is being tracked in the known issues thread, which can be found here. A bug fixed is aimed for patch 1.4.4, which will be released today once the maintenance has completed. Thank you for providing the additional information.
