Continuous attack passive not working

As of today my "Continuous Attack" passive from the assault tree doesn't apply after taking keep, outpost or resource. I did respec today but put points in it as before, only today I do not get the buff applied.

On the upside I do get the other Cyrodiil buffs today (scroll bonuses etc) as they've been stuck for a weeks time...

Anyone else having issues with Continuous Attack not applying?

How difficult is to repair something that had been working flawlesly for a long time ..

Can anyone confirm if all Alliance passives are working as intended?

Alliance passives from home campaign (Offensive, defensive scroll bonus and emperor health buff) are working for me

Continuous Attack is still broken
