PTS Patch 1.4 Bug Compilation

I found a new bug last night:

Dragonknight ability: Igneous Weapons
In certain cases this ability will stack up to 20 times. When this happens, the player does significantly more damage than intended.

I have not been able to recreate the bug intentionally, but it has happened several times by accident. This bug persists through death.

Elite Gear Vendors in Cyrodiil sell VR14 gear now, but the stats are wrong.

Damage values for weapons and armor values for armor have not been increased, so the damage/armor for VR14 elite gear is the same as VR12 gear.

Enchantment stats seem to be ok - have been increased.

Just wondering how come quests that work on the EU and NA servers don't work on the PTS? Did the last update cause the bugs?

Enemy of My Enemy: unable to use Werewolf Paw on any of the commanders, once killed. At first, I thought it might be because my character wasn't wearing the courier's uniform but, once I put it on, it made no difference.

The Quest 'Retaking Firebrand Keep' (Daggerfall Covenant, Stormhaven, Firebrand Keep-Questline) isn't starting after 'The Flames of Dissent' as it should. Happended to me and a friend of mine. Anyone else who experienced this bug?

Yes, actually... Quite a few people are. Found that out today. I wouldn't care so much if it wasn't part of the Cadwell's Silver stuff that I am working on. I waited there for a while as I was looking into it and everyone else I had seen that went through it seemed to have the same issue and asking if it was bugged for me also.

I have the same problem. Quest is stucked after i recruited the 4 knight of the flame. Sir Edmund does not give the follow-up quest!
Very annoying and should be fixed soon! :-(

Weapon Skill - DW passive Dual Blade and Blunt is not applying critical bonus on daggers.

PvE Content is still a joke... No incentive to complete them or do it again when completed. PvP Still laggy at peak times. Also with one sided dominated Campaigns. Un-Subbed. I gave the game 6 months, time is up. Oh, can you stop advertising the game for PS4/XboxOne. The game doesn't exist on either platform. False Advertising. Plus with the PvP you say you can have 100+ Players on the screen at once, yes, if you want to lag with 5 fps, which is unplayable and more false advertising.

Such promise, but the core problems have long been unresolved.

Bug remaining: Settings / Interface / Indicators / Followers is reset to On every time I log on, and sometimes even in midgame

Not sure where to report this - character was totally not moving while running near riften thieves guild. No arm movement or legs, just sort of like a stiff statue moving along. Stopped running, clicked and ran again and was just fine.

Was so excited to be able to steal a dress! Wore it, dyed it, love it. Stole a shawl, paid the fence to keep it only to find it can't be worn. I assumed since it was clothing i would get to wear it. My mistake i guess but am thinking it might need to be more clear?
