Didn't even realise there was a post for PTS bugs already, i read through them and didn't see the following;

1) During phase 2, no idea what is causing it but we gotta move the next fire, for some reason and it may be lag, but I have no idea, but all of my abilities are unable to be cast, not even ultimate, and a few seconds later i just die with nothing but a 600 dmg hit in the death recap.

2) The reds for the AoE's are disappearing, no idea what is causing it, but when I have a heal or 2 down, the reds just don't show up all the time, don't know if my healing effects and just cancelling them out or if they are causing them to disappear

My character, VR14 Breton Templar cannot seem to figure out how to move his upper body at all while running. His arms don't swing but his legs are moving like its cool

1) Bug with Standard of Might: Occasionally dropping Standard of Might (In Dragonstar Arena) will allow you to "Hit E to Talk to Standard of Might."

2) Purple quality loot in Hardmode Dragonstar Arena is V13, whereas blue quality loot is V14.

Probably not intended ;]

its constant, relogging doesn't work, havent tried making another breton to see if its the breton model, if i jump i will momentarily regain movement of my upp body for about 3 steps then go back to no movement at all. Also light attack with resto staff looks wierd, he doesn't go through the full animation, pretty much he just looks like he is clapping and then a bolt goes out of the staff

Yes, this is a purposeful fix per the patch notes .

Someone posted that Healing ward was using weapon crit instead of spell crit, what it's actually doing is not using any crit. It appears that because a shield is involved, the spell isn't letting the first heal, or the heal after the shield fades, to crit at all.

Please change the bug to "Both of the heals proccing off of healing ward are not currently able to crit". These 2 heal spells should be able to crit, the shield itself should not, and they should be based off of spell crit.

I am probably the only one that cares about this but rats still are not dropping guts. I have an alt whose entire life revolves around killing rats for guts and he is pretty desperate right now. Take pity on poor Hodorf and please return the innards to the critters.

Thank you for your presence on the PTS forums. It's reinforcing to see that everyone's efforts in testing new updates are being heard.

• Unable to use and test any morphs from the Guild skill lines -- Dawnbreaker can be unlocked but is unranked and therefor unable to be morphed. (this is big for all stamina builds)
• Undaunted skill line inaccessible
• A bag with crafting materials would go a long way in testing new craftable sets (ie: tanners, tempers etc)
• when opening your map right after you mount, the map closes itself
• the "Silver Bolts" ability used in the dragonstar arena's first waves can sometimes hit for over 4k damage.

• The red glow that appears on your weapons when a nightblades siphoning attacks is toggled on has animation issues. I've noticed that when I have my shield, it will sometimes have the glow for my bow and vise versa - creating wierd looking animations

Good... Bows are garbage in pvp and broke as hell. Please remove them from the game. When you look out into a field and see 20+ bow users, something is very wrong with the mechanics.

Animation and effects:
-[minor, nuisance]Evil Hunter's blue burning effect ignores the first weapon swap causing it to have the effect of your other weapon after that. (A two handed sword will have the small burn in the middle, swap to two handed axe and it will have three burn effects of a longsword)

Quests:
-Bangkorai:
[critical, main quest stopper]Heart of evil: can't throw Uela's heart in the ritual circle because the prompt doesn't show up. (need people to confirm or deny this)
-Coldharbour:
[major, quest stopper]The soul-meld mage: At the step "Talk to the soul-meld mage. hints:wait for the soul-meld mage", Zur walks up to the dwarven machine and just stands there not doing anything.

The vendors in Cyrodiil do not sell any of the blue mystery chests (like Exotic Large Heavy Armor or Secret Accessory) for levels VR13 or VR14. They carry these chests for all of the other VR levels from VR1-VR12.

I'd like to add in a few more bugs.

-Unbreakable CC bug still present, usually caused when immobilized and CC'd at the same time, or hit with multiple CC's at the same time.

-Double CC bug, if you are hit with a CC at the exact same time you hit the CC break button, often times you are double CC'd

-Log in while dead in cyrodil bugs (you might be alive at a wayshrine but you were technically dead)

A. Your costume wont work
B. Your jewelry buffs will appear to be working in the stat sheet but wont actually work until you relog(confirmed for stamina regen and fire resist jewelry)
C. Various passives won't be working properly until you relog

-Nightblade cloak breaks when you deal damage in any way, even by DOT's that were applied before you cloaked. So if you apply any type of damage over time effect such as cripple or poison arrow, or throw a path of darkness down and then cloak, your cloak will instantly break the moment these abilities damage the target even though they were not cast while cloaked.

-Health bar desync bugs
A. If you layer shields multiple times, like conjured ward and annulment or obsidian shields, your health bar will eventually desync and always be showing some level of shielding, even when there is none.
B. If you shoot projectiles that are reflected back at you, your health bar will desync. Especially apparent if using a bow and having your attacks reflected.

Grahtwood / Thugrub's Cave: Thugrub will stop attacking you no matter from how near or afar you attack it. Sorcerer's pets will initially attack it but then lay off. Tried attacking Thugrub without pets, same result.
