Yes! Introduce an ingame inspect option which will show what items are currently equipped by a player, achievement progress, skills build etc always(even if the selected player is not a friend).
Quite honestly. I would love to be able to click on a player and inspect them. I don't really care so much about their achievements as being able to see what is that awesome looking gear they are wearing and even if I find someone who is wrecking face I can click them and see what skills they chose so I can better myself as a player. If someone is clicking me and "complaining" about my build/gear selection it is as simple as /ignore.

The root of it is it would be a tool that would allow for the betterment of my skill as well as for checking out cool gear."without" having to go through hours of research out of game.

How exactly does it have nothing to do with privacy? That's a very valid concern. It violates my privacy if people can look at exactly what i'm wearing, exactly my build etc. So yes. It does apply. It's a violation of privacy that LEADS to elitism. It's all related.

Providing a way to "turn it off" is also not an appropriate solution. It will lead to exactly the same elitism. People will camp out in town recruiting for trials etc. and they will refuse to let you join unless you turn your inspect on so they can judge your gear. It will happen, it's guaranteed.

All items characters or builds are property of zenimax/bethesda so unfortunately this tool has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with YOUR privacy.

No! Don't Introduce an ingame inspect option.(please explain).
No, it's completely unnecessary. I have no interest in what other people have and what I have is none of their business.

If it were introduced, then rather than having the options set according to whether the other player is a friend, there should simply be an option to disable inspection of your character.

Yes I would like. I don't know why but I just would like to see what gear etc.. people have on them. I'm always like what is that you have and they would not answer. so that's why I would like to see it.
