The server side error that is making a fairly high number of people's games crash after selecting your character doesn't seem to have even been acknowledged as a problem. We paying customers expect better, even if you're going to credit us back the game time.
It will be 8 days without being able to load into the game with a character today... which is definitely not good enough. I can get over the little bugs that are sometimes comical, but not this. The annoying thing is, whenever we ask support, we get the same 'we know the problem and we're trying to fix it' response, yet we haven't seen anything announced that it is even an issue.
PLEASE begin to treat your paying customers with some respect, and make this your top priority- at the moment it doesn't even seem to be that important to you. Your players not being able to even play the game has got to be a #1 issue... And no, the two patches and maintenance still did not fix anything.
