lag issue

after the relase of the update3 i am suffering of extreme pvp lag and even pve...
dunno what can be i dont have a great connection but befour the update was fine today i've got my main stuk in cyro for ours and the only wai to take him out was to set the graphics at minimun...while with my alt (and befour the update) i was running with no lag at ultra hig settings what can it be? help plz

so now a quick thing.....
does zos even read this part of the forum or they have some sort of "show me only the messages that have more than 100 vievs" i'm not asking for one immediate response but as i see in this part of the forum they dont look as much as in other parts...
fxxx i'm a costumer since april and for get an old bug fixed i 've weited for tree weeks now i can use only the 50% of the game (pve) what i'm supposed to do?
yes i agree that is only my problem but let me submit a tiket or ask me more info...and dont tell me that i 've to do it in game or this part of the "official" forum is useless (btw i cant do a tiket in game cuz i cannot load cyro and i cannot do a tiket from where the issue happen)

Two options:
1) They don't care.
2) They stopped understanding their own code.

Either one can lead to the other one.
