Achievements bugged

For quite a few like Rare style Master, I have learned imperial, primal and barabaric and it's not showing that I have learned those, also it listed deconstruction as 0 even though my clothing is at lvl 50 and that achievement would of be maxed out and learned by now.

You have to start over deconstructing (we all do) because they did not keep track before. The motifs sound like a bug or oversight. Hopefully they'll fix that soon.

Yeah, I'm having the same issue with a few different achievements. For example, the provisioning achievement to learn 100 recipes. It has a dye associated with it, it says I only know 6. I know 200+ recipes -.- I am not hunting down and learning another 100. It's not just me either, I asked around to see if others are experiencing this as well. They are and it says 6 for them as well. So hopefully they get all those fixed.

I have all motifs on my main character as its the one im crafting styles with. However, after the update it seems the achievement accepted that I had all race motifs (1-9), however, 10-14 is still grayed out. and I cant learn it a 2nd time with the same character + it would be a waste of money to buy them a 2nd time for no reason but the achievement.

I would like the achievement to see that we already have the motif learned and then give us the achievement as it should have done to begin with.

Wow, this is incredibly depressing.

I understand patch bugs, but yeah. They keep making the same mistakes over and over and over and over and over.... again!

I honestly didn't care achievements broke every patch in the past, but now you need them for dyes and many of these can't be repeated.

This really needs to be a high priority fix, up there with the broken bow health bar bug and the weapon swap/gear change visual glitches.

Even an acknowledgment they are working on it would help to shore up frazzled nerves, but I am honestly beginning to question the purpose of having a PTS at all.

Rare Style and Recipe Book they are getting multiple reports of and are investigating.
Submit a ticket for Pact Hero, that should have been fixed.

Refiner and Deconstructor did not exist. They are completely new. We will have to do those things. Deconstructor not a big deal but refiner may be time consuming and/or expensive to gather the raw/scraps/ore/rough materials.

I happened to notice last night that there are quite a few achievements I had not received, some for things I am certain I have achieved. I was under the impression that they were broken and no final fix applied.

There are many, many new acheivements that you know you've done, but those acheivements did not exist before.
Refiner and Deconstructor are examples. Any crafter has done those, but the achievements did not exist so were never, ever tracked. All crafters will need to redo those.
AFAIK, there are conqueror acheivements for Bad Man's Hollow, Obsidian Scar and Bonesnap Ruin. They went in first week of July. Some of us may not have gotten around to doing them and may not even have noticed they were new.

I also noticed, in the 'Rare Style Master' achievement Barbaric seems to have been replaced Reach. Is this just me being a noob ? has Reach always been considered Barbaric?

Are we ever going to have a major content update that doesn't break the Achievements? I mean, at this point I think we'd all be hard-pressed to even see something like that happening. *sighs*

I don't even want to imagine how much the Justice System will ultimately break the game with all this in mind.

ZeniMax, can we please get an explanation for these problems in a sticky thread that at least lets us know your progress with dealing with the issues outlined since this update went live? We also still have the Data Load Failure issue that has been plaguing the game since v1.2.X and now there are users experiencing Fatal Error Code 11.

This was the first thing I thought of when I saw how many things this patch broke in the game. All they did this time was add some guild ranks, and the dye system with achievements, and they managed to break all kinds of things.

At this point, I'm very scared of what is going to happen even when they just try to revamp the provisioning system, let alone more major changes like the addition of the new justice system, and the completely reworked champion system.

I think I'd almost prefer they just leave the game alone and only focus on bug fixes and very small changes, since I'd rather have a stable and functional game without any new features, than one with new features that is horribly broken for weeks after every update.

Yes, the Reach Motif should be listed as the Barbaric Motif.

The Hero of the Ebonheart Pact achievement should have been fixed with this update. If you think you should have been awarded this achievement and were not, please reach out to our Support Team. They'll be happy to help you out.
