People are griefing at dye station with cone heals

There is a certain cone heal that makes everything glow red/golden. People have learned it messes up the colors on dye stations so you cannot see the dyes you want to paint.

Every single station is now harashed by these lowlifes and I really think we need the GMs to enter each zone and kick them out of the game please.

You give people a chance to grief and lowlifes will use it to harash all the time and it is your mess to fix it.

This plus go to another station that is more rural if you know what i mean Trolls cant be everywhere

An easy solution to this would be to, when inside the 'dye screen', make it so our characters are rendered over the post-processing/lighting effects around them with a pure white omni light. That way not only spells and other effects wouldn't mess up but also the ambient light... Some stations are really difficult to use: Stormhelm's one at night is so dark you barely see what you're painting.

Well at least no one can cause problems for people using the dye system, because the dye system doesn't have a PvP option.

these are not offenses. They are being pains in the behind but no one is being griefed.

It's more than a little funny tbh, I wouldn't have thought to do it. I say that knowing it would irritate me if I was trying to dye my stuff and it happened. But it's just people playing around.

What do you want ZOS to do anyway, suspend them for delaying you getting your makeover done in a timely fashion?

You can try to play it off anyway you want, it's still griefing and a punishable offense.

Someone spamming an ability that prevents another player from effectively being able to play their game is not only tacky and childish, but it is against the user agreement for the game and most certainly would be a direct violation and a punishable offense.

If I could pvp you in the game, and then I camped out at the wayshrine and killed you every time you respawned so that you had no way to play THAT would be griefing.

it was happening at a station i was hanging round with, emoting with friends and waiting till they got their dye on. Nonstop heals and some lightning effects from players at the station.

I didnt understand why people were yelling about it, didnt realize it messed up their dye visuals while in the dye table. really needs to be fixed to not see outside effects whilst in the window

And you still can't understand why a lot of the posters on here would never want to play anywhere near you. ^^^ This. It fixed the problem in so many ways and it renders the spell-spamming crowd inert.

I will never understand how some people find entertainment and joy in the act of creating misfortune and displeasure in other people. Life is too short for such nonsense imo.

You can't have an online game these days, especially MMO's, without there being griefers. If there was a Tetris Online, someone would find a way to grief it. Simply put, people suck.

/Ignore them, I have found if I ignore someone don't end up in the same instant has them or can't see them unless its the pvp zone.
