no that is not what griefing is at all. Did you get your definition from hello kitty adventures or something?

I assume that not being able to dye your items due to another player is considered against the normal flow of gameplay. If it were a bug that was creating this problem, it would be dealt with; alas if it's a player that is causing the problem, they too need to be dealt with. You agree not to use the service to:

Yes the healers are flipping out 'cause people are dyeing all around them.

Sorry Tristan but this is all on ZOS. We have complained frequently and regularly about not being able to conduct our business in banks and crafting stations due to the flapping of winged pets and the spamming abilities. It is just not possible for us to find the individuals out of many responsible to report/ignore them. You, however, have complete control over this. You can very easily disable animations in those areas. Problem solved. That you haven't done so in all of this time full knowing how it is bothering us leads many to assume that this is some purposeful sadistic exercise or simply technological incompetence. Maybe it is something that just is being constantly swept under the rug or put on a shelf while attending to issues deemed more important at the time.
Whether accidental or purposeful this affront can no longer be accepted. It should be dealt with and dealt with quickly.
A (invisible) collision box around banks and crafting stations would easily take care of this.MeowGinger wrote: »Out of curiosity, how many of the dye stations are inside vs. outside? I've been going to one outside, so just disabling animations in buildings wouldn't help...

I see your point. Should we really blame the healers for not wanting people to dye? Conundrum.mips_winnt wrote: »Yes the healers are flipping out 'cause people are dyeing all around them.
"Mommy, some boy told on some girl stealing his lunch money at school today." That's what your post is.Insignia91 wrote: »"Mommy some girl stole my lunch money at school today." That's what this thread is.

And then 5 minutes later, they were on their little psychopath bat phone network telling all the other griefers about it. And 5 minutes after that, every last one of them had crawled out of their cave and they were at every dye station in Tamriel. Giggling away behind their keyboards like Beavis & Butthead.
Unbelievable. It just boggles the mind how some people's brains work. :-(

If there is one thing these dye stations prove , is that people will try to grief others over anything.
Hope zen learns that this is how playerbase behaves and start to listen to the many threads talking about possible grief issues on their new systems.
